I apologize for dropping off the face of the earth for a few months. A lot of personal issues came up. Trying to get back into the swing of things.

To my RP partners: I had a cognitive evaluation today and it kicked my ass. I'll get my replies out tomorrow. Today I just need sleep.

Vada walked through the halls hands stuffed deep into the pockets of her jeans. Her pants hung loose around her waist, but she didn't mind too much. She had a little pink sweater over top that showed her stomach a little. She tended to feel a little colder than most vampires due to her ice abilities. Vada had just gotten used to walking without leaving sparkling feet prints in her wake. Controlling her powers had come easy to her ever since her brother taught her. She was ruled purely by emotions so as long as her feelings were in check she had a handle on it. She glanced at the walls filled with portraits of some of the pure blood vampires and a smile appeared on her face. She looked up to them, but at the same time she resented their status. She had trouble comprehending how they were better than her and vampires like her. "Just because you've never been involved with a human doesn't make you all mighty. At least I get to pick who I spend this elongated life with," she whispered as she heard someone in one of the rooms.

She knocked lightly on the door and waited for a response. Maybe I can make a friend... she thought knocking again. She could sense someone in there, but she couldn't tell who exactly they were. She leaned against the wall and waited for a response. "I don't bite...much," she said with a small chuckle at her own joke.
Hey, so safe haven right? Don't really expect a response, but I've been struggling the last few days as it's recently come to my attention that I've never fully accepted the sexuality that I am. I've always been thinking "hey I'm straight. I'm a girl, so liking guys is what I'm supposed to do." I do have a gay brother and I never once thought he was wrong for it, but I always had my mom in my ear saying how I was her last chance for grandkids...and so like it's been drilled into me that I need to be straight.

So here I am dating guys, finding girls attractive in the same ways I would the counterpart male. Never really entertained the idea of being bisexual in anyway. Up until recently I was pretty content just saying gender doesn't matter and whoever I loved then I loved. Well a couple days ago I've decided that I am in fact bisexual and I really thought I was okay with the whole conclusion, not telling anyone, but I've found I'm not and I guess I needed to just let people know that this is me. I'm like really terrified of the whole thing even though it's more accepted. I've always heard how bi people aren't real you're either straight or gay and it's like no...I've only told two people and I felt like I was okay with that, but I find myself getting panic attacks over the whole realization and this was noted as a positive space.

Sorry for the long rant, I've had a really big struggle even writing this and now you can go on about your day.

Shiloh woke up a little disoriented. She rolled over to her side and swung her legs over the bed as she sat up. She gave a small yawn and stretched her body out. "Yesterday seems like such a bad dream," she said to herself as she peeked through her eyes. Her heart jumped a little as she saw her room frozen, once again. I guess it wasn't a dream... she thought to herself as a cold chill ran through her body. She had been sleeping in a large sweater and a pair of sweat pants that hung loose on her hips. She stood up and slid her way around her bedroom getting dressed. The walls in her room were an off white and there was one dark brown dresser with a mirror overtop sitting against the wall next to a chair. She grabbed her bag off the floor and began to dig through it. She would need more clothes if she was to be staying here longer than intended.

She slid on a pair of blue ripped skinny jeans and a red hoodie that was a size too big. She neglected a t-shirt underneath her hoodie since she didn't plan on getting warm enough to have to remove the top garment. She slid on her boots and with a sigh she fixed her bed hair as best as possible. Her stomach growled a little as hunger set in. "No more acting like a punk. Time to step up and show the Shiloh that lived on the streets afraid of nothing, not even this stupid gem shit," she told herself as she stood tall and opened the door of her room and headed into the hall.

I know. ;)

I like Aries best. My other favorite zodiacs tend to include Sagittarius, Leo, Cancer, Taurus and male Capricorns (bad experiences with females). I like some Geminis, Scorpios and Libras, but we have our clashes. Same with Virgos.

Hey, Cynder...

*wink wink* *nudge nudge*
