He basically starts off having a hard time using his skills in actual combat when people are watching or if there are others fighting with him. I guess it's like stage fright except your life is on the line, something like that. @Gobby

Srry, might have forgotten to add that into the sheet.

Here is what my character is like, just in case you guys wanted to take a look.
Am I doing this right? Am I in the group yet?

Yeah, you're doing it right.

This seems very interesting. Reminds me of the old x-men movies.
(Sorry, is it invite-only? Tell me in a PM and I'll delete this post)

Got'chu covered, check PMs.
Are we back in rp business again

Real talk though what do we want lol
Heroes Unwanted

"When the world doesn't need anymore heroes, it shackles them with collars and makes them its slave."

Premise

The Mutation, a special kind of virus that suddenly showed up through unknown means and caught the world by storm. Shortly after its discovery in New York, those who were infected by the mutation undergo a change in their body, hence the name. Some have it painful, some others have it quick and barely noticeable. During this process, the disease grants its host powers that would normally be inaccessible to mankind. Abilities like telekinesis, flight, mind reading, all came to reality as it continued to spread at alarming rates. In just a week, hundreds to thousands of people had already been infected by the mutation. These people were called mutants, a direct link to the virus that gave them that name.

At first, people tried to accept these mutants as how they were, even after the changes that had occured to them. However as time passed, many of these mutants began to use their abilities for shady jobs. A majority of them became criminals, which endangered the lives of the civilians. Things weren't looking well for the mutants, and the government clearly wasn't taking the situation lightly.

And that was where it all began - US military forces sent to various regions in order to exterminate these mutants and get rid of the virus for good. It was like the holocaust all over again, striking fear into the hearts of the mutants and causing society as a whole to resent them. The first wave of extermination ran for around a month, with almost half of all mutant populations in America becoming victim.

But that was all in the past. The government had ceased their assaults on the mutants for a short period of time, but they were clearly not done. Word came out about the government giving the mutants a certain offer - to surrender and work for the government, or to keep hiding and be hunted down. Of course, the mutants were skeptical about it. There was no assurance they would be treated the same as any ordinary human, and it could've been a trap.

They were right.

The offer was a lie. Some of the mutants who surrendered themselves to work as office janitors noticed how they were given less paycheck than their human counterparts. They knew they couldn't trust the government, but they weren't sure if rejecting the offer was a better idea. However, their doubts were all cast aside when the police broke into a government office and caught several surrendered mutants. They were then thrown into special confinement areas, pretty much prison specifically made for those who were infected.

Outraged, the mutants began revolting against the government in various ways. Those who had rejected their offer began creating small rebellion groups that operated in the shadows and fought for the freedom of their kind. The nation was spiraling into chaos, on the brink of another civil war.

That's where you come in. You, a mutant in the middle of a heated nation.
What will you do? Will you remain in the shadows never to be seen? Or will you fight for the freedom of your kind?

@Gobby Another peculiarity you say?
Well, I'm not quite sure on what to add as of now, but I'll try to think of something that fits into his style. Might end up keeping it as it is if I feel like I'm giving him too much, though.

Update - here's what I came up with:
Empathic Airhead - Ciel's actions are driven by intuition and his desire to help others. This can often get him into weird and dangerous situations, but for the most part, it is why he fights and the only way for him to let go of his insecurities and fight with full power.
@deadpixel101

Yep. That is teenage Ragna.

Moved to the post before this. Still getting used to the forums.
@Gobby

Made some adjustments, any thoughts?

@deadpixel101

Yep. That is teenage Ragna.
@Arriveri Its like he was made to be transported to a fantasy-like world. Anyway, Relics are just regular items at the start; what they turn into varies depending on when it activates and the conditions around that character during the time of activation.

My bad, let me just change some things.
