Archmage MC said Bleach is just a japanese superhero parody

You can literally apply this logic to any published battle shounen. If your intent is to make a villain for a Bleach RP, then make a Bleach villain and not a supervillain from one of the Big Two.

Some things really have to be pointed out.

From reading the abilities alone, MC does not particularly seem appropriate simply because of how much he can do as a Hollow, even if he is a higher levelled one. The formula followed, which can be gartered from observation alone, goes innate abilities (cero etcetera which would allow us to identify the character/creature as a hollow) and then something additional to grant them their own distinct flavour. If we take MC's abilities don't really have a flavour and more of an overload of spices. With one, two, maybe even three of the eleven very conceptually separate abilities he has he could be more distinct as a character rather than falling into the trap of 'more powers=bigger bad'. As he is now he's an odd amalgamation of Aizen, Starrk, Kido Corps and I'd even dare say a bit of Gremmy with what he has. I can't pick up what he -does- as a character, it's just stuff.

Sticking 'mage' in front of someone and then saying he can do all this stuff when a wealth of abilities and sources are present in the setting to be developed and worked on a decent powerset does not make.

Also, as a note, Truth Aura strikes me as rather contrived. It limits agency of a character in rather frustrating way with weak 'pullbacks' for what it grants. Chaos Magic does not really contribute much of anything.

Looking forward to it, either way! How many people you hoping to start with?
Senkosei Hollow Killer

Name - Martha Richter

Appearance - "The soldier knows no disgrace." (Source: Hetza)

Age - 17

Gender - Female

Class - Quincy

History - Martha tries her best to avoid trouble after being practically born into it. She's the child of two rather extreme pure blood Quincy who boasted membership of a community of European Quincy known as Wildes Heer. Where most Quincy are willing to work with the Shinigami to see spirits purified, Wildes Heer are huntsman as well as monks. They destroyed their prey, the Hollow, with no hesitation. Naturally, Martha was induced into the group at a young age and slid into the role of Hollow Huntsman rather well. Of course, this was not something which was going to last.

The Gotei finally brought the hammer down on the Wildes Heer, wiping them from the face of the map - other than Martha of course. Just before the extermination, At age 15 and under the instructions of her parents, she fled their home and tried to set herself up in another country, landing in the spiritually active Karakura town. As the only member remaining of the Wildes Heer bloodlines, its understandable to see why the local Gotei might not be too content with her still being around. For now, she hunts the occasional hollow and tries her best to work out the secrets of Quincy abilities.

Details -
Cats make her uncomfortable.
Got her gnarly scarring hunting a particularly fierce hollow.
Apparently it's impossible to make her fall for jump scares.
When it comes to an ethical code, she plays it fast and loose, taking an 'any means necessary' approach to taking down Hollows.
She's actually trying to become more scientifically minded, so she may start researching the potential evolution of Quincy abilities.
Likes wearing a suit.

Staring Location - Karakura Town

Evolution - None of note yet.
I'm GMT. Late as heck right now.
I can shift my character from Hero to Villain pretty easily, if that's preferable.
"Do you know what this flower is, old friend?" The monk squat before a small green shrub, the occasional cream coloured flower head lining the top of it. A growl which sounded more like a contemplative hum came from his right, the answer to Ten's question. The faint smile which he wore most of the time became a full blown grin. "Correct, Protea Caffra! As expected of you, Four." The monk stood, turning to face the creature which he had contracted with not a year ago.

The Qilin was a large creature, a bit bigger than a horse in most respects and somewhat serpentine in shape. Its thunderous blue eyes remained locked on the Protea shrub, as if still thinking something over. Ten reached up to the mystical creature, scratching and scuffling its wild blue mane; the Qilin's intense eyes shut, letting out an appreciative noise. Gardening club had ended a few minutes ago, but he remained behind. It was ritual for Ten to take time and look around the vast garden, to see what changes had come to the place after the club parted ways. The changes were always minimal, but over the course of a few days it was interesting to see what would become what.

"Diversity and courage - that's what the Protea represents. Appropriate for this island and its inhabitants, don't you think?" With that small thought, Ten and Four left the garden and made for the gates.

Each time Ten moved around the Academy, he could feel the lingering looks some people would give them. Not that he could exactly blame them, his choice of clothing and appearance were not exactly of the norm after all, and it was certainly eye-catching. A bright robe, prayer beads and a down right reflective bald head did little to help. Such was the case just now when he joined the tide of students leaving the school grounds. They could at least ask how his day was going, that'd be polite.

Speaking of politeness, Ten weaved his way around an oncoming, sword wielding, member of the schools security team with a bit of a start. Were he not an avid practitioner of Tai Chi Chuan, then his rear would have most likely been introduced to hard ground. Putting it behind him, Ten left the gates of the academy and walked towards his home, giant hovering dogdragonhorse at his side.
Oh! Sorry about that. Will change that right away.

*Changed!
Yup, that's Hetza. His stuff gets pretty easy to spot after the first few pictures.
Guild Name: Association of World Explorers
Guild Head: Cale Pietrok
Guild Description: The Association is more of a loose support network than a guild, dedicated to information exchange and aiding the brave explorers of the world. There are smaller AWE buildings through out the known world, but the one located within Karstberg is undoubtedly the largest, acting as the Associations HQ. It is the role of those individuals registered with the Association to expand the world map - and even redraw some places too. They allow anyone to undergo the interview process, so long as they know the risks and are passionate about their work. AWE buildings also double as Bed and Breakfast's for passing explorers.

The guilds current head, Cale Pietrok, is a man driven by his whims. Those whims, unsurprisingly enough, revolve around exploration and archaeology. He's never in one spot for too long before moving onto the next, but he makes sure to stop by Karstberg when he can. Petulant and stubborn, yes, but he is by no means a poor leader. He has the uncanny sense of being able to know when he's needed in Karstberg for business.
