Dislikes: Straightforward people, too many people, endings, the confines of reality, simpletons, rushed and stressed times, the mundane, routine
Personality: A relaxed individual, Devon takes life one day at a time and isn't all too worried about the future. He's calm and laid back, just a guy who likes to “go with the flow.” He has a dreamy look on his face as if he isn't all there and he isn't to be honest. While his body stays still and unmoving for minutes, hours, or even days, Devon's mind jumps from thoughts and ideas. He communicates very lazily, never getting to the point with his words. His actions convey much more.
History: Devon grew up in the rural part of Seattle where houses were surrounded by trees and the stars could be seen in the night. He is the child of an affluent architect and eccentric interior designer, a match made for the perfect company as far as his parents are aware. As such, Devon was surrounded by strange design choices and exotic furniture but less time with his parents who traveled around to make sure they all lived happily.
Growing up like that, Devon had a freedom most children dreamed for. It was around this time he realized he had an eidetic memory; his parents were ecstatic and gave him as many books as possible. At school, he wasn't a model student. He participated only enough to get himself a good grade and paid just enough attention for his eidetic memory to do the work for him. He does well in his courses, much to the chagrin of his teachers and peers who actually have to study. After graduating from high school he wasn't actually considering going to college. After some pleading from his parents, Devon spent a gap year traveling and living the life of an adult with actual responsibilities until he decided to head to San Francisco for college life.
He will of course not tell anyone his life story in any way resembling something coherent and no one honestly wants to hear him explain.
Power: Smoke manipulation.
