A
figure was already in class, leaning back in his seat as he waited patiently for the teacher to arrive. He was around average height or so, with messy black hair that naturally flitted over bored, onyx-black eyes. Oddly enough, other than his soft hair, you couldn't see anything else about his facial features. The shadows from his hair seems to cover his entire face in shrouded darkness, only the darkness seemed to naturally come from his hair, forcing him to give off a general mysterious aura. The boy dropped his backpack onto his desk, a sound coming from his shadowed face - a minor, quiet sigh of annoyance.
When will class start? He grumbled in his mind, propping his feet up and crossing his arms over his chest. He entertained himself by glancing around as other students filed in. There were a lot of...odd characters, but with what has recently happened, it wasn't all that surprising.
Ryder stiffened when he felt someone enter the darkness near him, but otherwise didn't respond, dully turning his invisible gaze to the desk in front of him. On it, a shadowy, wisping figure formed, looking more like a horned goat then anything. It galloped around, being about the size of a bottle of water. It even let out disembodied, raspy yells of triump when it managed to tackle his pencil. It's eyes were pitch white, along with it's mouth, which was open in an eternal circle. In some ways, it was cute, in others, it was creepy.
