I can't see Nagi using an actual large, bladed weapon; he finds them too clunky and brutish for him, so I'm glad he got the whip. Whips are cool, and they can be used with magic attacks.

Aura eeped suddenly at the sound of Kazuto greeting and poking her. She turned around and replied "Not much, Kazu-kun." She'd grown to use Japanese honorifics as a matter of necessity, though she still preferred the American, informal way of speaking. "I just wanted to come talk to you over lunch, which I was smart enough to buy early, and found you confessing your love to one of the biggest delinquents in school." She tried to hide the slight disapproval in her tone, and mostly succeeded given how practiced she was at schooling her tone. Of course, she wasn't sure how she felt about him deciding to confess to her in the first place, and the other girl's sound rejection meant that it couldn't have been some long thing that he'd been meaning to say for awhile that they both knew of. No, this was a spur of the moment decision most likely, perhaps him acting on some passion carried over from when they were children? Oh, the results were positively endless!

Oh, so that was it..."You saw that, huh?" He rubbed the back of his head, a nervous habit. Welp...now was as good a time as any to explain exactly why he had said such words. Stoneheart was a pretty girl, but he hadn't even remembered her name...why would he confess love. Although a bit - not that you could see - shocked that Lockheart had come to such conclusion, Kazuto dropped his hand, resting it in his pocket like his other one. "I was reading a love note out loud, not confessing." That felt good to say; secretly, he had been worrying that someone would've heard, and crucified him for getting 'rejected' so soundly. He wasn't the type of guy to say such mushy things, and if he would actually like a girl, he'd just ask them out on a date right then, rather than dragging it out and describing their beauty.

With a sigh, the teenager regained his normal expression, even as his stomach growled rather abruptly. "The rain's still pouring, but we-" He cut himself off as an announcement rang throughout the school, the cold, monotonous tone of the Principal, Kurogane Hazekage, drifting calmly through the speakers.

"Greetings, faculty, staff, and students. Please report to the E-1 Auditorium for an important lecture on the happenings of the school." As short and concise as always, the graying, crimson-haired Principal released the button as soon as he finished, leaving the speakers in silence.

"Damn. I guess we go now." Kazuto sighed, voice slightly annoyed as he began walking down the staircase.

I was in one group where they posted so fast when I went to bed a whole scene would have happened and be over whilst I was in bed. -_- I had to give up because I felt I was holding everyone else back and couldn't keep up.
