*Sebastian takes a leisurely stroll to the natural history museum*

I guess I'll post.
That will terrify Sebastian but he'll stay C: And most likely help. The whole "Fear" thing can really help in interrogation. How will we meet?
Oh coolio! I forgot Sam is with Scorn. We would be pretty cool together. I hope Sebastian can join Scorn.
Yay! Thanks you!

Hey Argetlam mind if Sebastian joins Scorn? <3 I feel like they are pretty cool and Sebastian is easily influenced :P

Name

Sebastian Wakefield (Bastian)

Age

Fourteen

Gender

Male

Appearance

Sebastian is fairly childlike in the fact that he wears a small backpack and carries around a stuffed rabbit. His hair is a dark black, accompanied with very pale skin that gives him a fairly gothic look.. He always looks tired as there are dark bags underneath his dark brown eyes. His style consists of mostly dark clothing which adds even more to his theme. His backpack is dark black and the rabbit he carries around is pink with a missing eye. Lots of his clothing choices are based on his power,
Side

Neutral in the fact that he doesn't really engage with many conduits.

Personality

Sebastian is a fairly timid person in that he finds it hard to talk to people of an older age than him. He gets scared at the easiest of things but finds comfort in the "spirits" that he summons. Aside from being socially challenged, he is very kind and considerate towards the friends he makes, often using his "ghosts" to help them out in certain situations. He also has a strong sense of loyalty, He would do anything he could to help the people he loved, even if it was morally wrong. He seems fairly tired most of the time because he suffers from insomnia but can be very energetic at times.
Biography

As a child, Sebastian was much different than he is now. He still carried around the pink rabbit known as Hugo, whom his father earned for him from a carnival game, but it was much cleaner and still had its eye. He was much more outgoing and had slept a lot. His parents were very caring and they loved each other very much. His life was fairly bright until he started displaying some of his powers. At first weird things would happen around the house, a lamp would fall over or the light would flicker. His parents didn't think much of it until they found him moving Hugo around with ghostly hands. They screamed and feared for him, thinking a poltergeist was in the house, they moved, and they moved, and they moved. But no matter where they went, whatever it was had been following them. They got the idea that maybe it was bound to the rabbit and tried to take it away from him. In which they got an immediate response of a "ghost" erupting from Sebastian's body and striking his mother. She was immediately sent to the hospital and his father disowned him and sent him to Curdon Cay.

He lived there for a long time, not conversing with anyone. He developed insomnia and had terrible nightmares about the incident with his parents, scared of his own powers, it took him a long time to come to terms with them. With enough ushering from the Curdon Cay staff, he managed to finally use his powers effectively, at an expense for his own happiness, still feeling regret whenever he used them. After getting out of Curdon Cay, he managed to find who only agreed to adopt him because they got a sum of money every month. Despite that, they live in fear of him which he is completely oblivious to and thinks they love him. He lives peacefully and doesn't associate with many conduits and is then shielded from the problems with the Syndicate.
Power

Sebastian has what he likes to call "Phantasm Manipulation" He is able to control the energies released when somebody dies, it floats around in the air and he has no trouble finding it. Despite that, he isn't actually controlling "Spirits" but the physical energy given off from a deceased person.
Power-

Summon Phantasm: Sebastian can summon phantasms with varying appearances that he can manipulate for a short period of time. Every phantasm looks like a skeleton with no lower body, surrounded by a ghostly green fog. The first one he can summon is a phantasm with large claws and no lower body. The second is another phantasm with no lower body with an overly large chest that can block a considerable amount of damage. The third is a reaper phantasm that flies into the body of a human and induces a varying amount of fear and hallucinations. The fourth is a skull that flies into objects and possesses them, allowing him to manipulate them for a period of time.

Actually I just had a conversation with Noire and I did push the limits. Luckily I expected that and I had a cool pseudoscience explanation which makes it work. I actually kind of prefer it this way. You'll see when I make my CS.

Maybe we can do a quick brainstorm over it? Would be awesome to have a new person in our little group of... "Weirdos" ^^

I had an idea in mind but it kinda pushes the limits on the powers. I might discuss it with Noire at some point in time.
Oh I'm sorry! I didn't see that. I may not join then. Considering my other option was also taken :I
Hello! Would you mind if I made a shadow manipulation conduit? And also would you mind if I weakened his powers because I think the shadow manipulation power is a little op in inFamous.
Brookes wasn't one to talk very much. Meaning he didn't talk very much when Sabrina gathered him along with another group of people. Or when he went to the auditorium, or when he was forced into the van. It was a casual morning for him. His aunt was making a really sad breakfast as usual. Burnt toast with some orange juice. It would have to do because Brookes was in a hurry. He grabbed the toast off of the counter after guzzling down the glass of orange juice, snatched up a pair of headphones and his half charged Ipod, and ran out the door. "Damn." He whispered to himself as the bus just took off when he got outside. Scanning the area, he remembered his bike in the garage. "Oh man." He muttered as he ran for the door. A few moments later he was leading the bike through the tight doorway and onto the sidewalk. "I better get to school on time or I'll get detention again." He pulled his headphones over his ears and hopped onto the bike, taking off at full speed despite how tired he was.

By now, Brookes was used to being tired and it didn't impair him too much. It sure didn't impair him when he got to school. He threw down his bike somewhere near the bike rack and ran through the doors. Some of the people were still milling about the hallways and it gave Brookes a glimmer of hope. "Thank God." He ran as his sneakers squeaked across the floor. A moment later, he burst into his classroom right as the bell rung. He heaved a sigh of relief as the teacher gave him an angry look. "Take a seat Mr. Kingston." She hissed. Brookes' face turned red as he shuffled to his seat and got out his bags.

After the morning announcements and the pledge, Brookes was already away, doodling on his notebook as the teacher droned on about something mathematic. Math wasn't Brookes' subject and he gave up on it long ago. Now he spends most of his time in here drawing or writing. It was all he ever did now. Thinking it was about time for some music to cancel out the insistent noise coming from the teacher, he swapped out his headphones for a pair of more concealed, ear buds. He pushed them into his ear and started blasting Skillet to a point where nobody would hear and he wouldn't hear anybody. Naturally, he didn't hear it when the teacher called him up to the classroom when a girl came in asking for him to accompany her to the auditorium. He only noticed when one of his friends behind him punched him on the shoulder and pointed up. "Mr. Kingston! Now would be a nice time." She angrily hissed. "Oh. Right. Sorry." He said as his face flushed while he gathered his books.

Brookes didn't bother talking to Sabrina, he was sure she wouldn't have anything to say to him anyway, just gathering up some kids from that list in her hand he assumed. After following for a short pace, they got to the auditorium and entered. Oh how intimidating the auditorium was. Brookes had nightmares about having to go up and do something like sing for the whole school and failing terribly. But even today, the feeling he gets here is more than just uncomfortable, it's almost, sinister. When the scientists finished their say about "The Changed" Brookes' mouth went dry and his face flushed of color. "What are 'The Changed'? Are we being taken away? Would my aunt actually let this happen? Of course she would. Are we being kidnapped?" Thousands of questions raced through his head as he struggled to break free from the grasp of the men in suits.

Even when he was thrown into the van, Brookes didn't let out a word. He just winced and felt his banged knee. Of course this was happening to him, nothing ever seemed to go his way. The ride to wherever they were going wasn't pleasant. He could feel every bump and the feelings in the room were just oozing out of everyone, he could practically feel them. "If my aunt had anything to do with this, I'm going to kill her." He thought to himself as they got to their destination. The doors swung open and he had to shield his eyes from the sun.

Brookes' expression was grim when he walked into the cafeteria. He followed suit with everyone else and grabbed the food he probably wouldn't even bother to eat, and he sat down as far away as he could on from the rest on a single table. "Stuff never goes my way." He whispered to himself as he poked at his food with a fork.
