@Jig Hypothetically speaking, if I fall behind on that collective doc and people post a lot without Charles' input, would I be able to double back and insert things that he is doing/saying, as long as it doesn't mess up stuff that people have already contributed?

Writing/RPing:
I prefer realistic settings, but I can be pliable. Not big on Fandom RPs unless it's one I'm really into. No anime either. I'm kinda picky in general. RPing is pretty much the only way I can write. I can't think up plots, so I wouldn't make a good GM I think. Maybe in the future. For me writing is like doodling; it's a creative release, but I'm not an artist. I'm not great at writing romance either, and I refuse to write sex scenes with any more detail than 'tastefully fade to black'.
Availability:
I work full time, but I should still have time for RPing. Illness doesn't stop me, and if I can't get a post up I will say so in the OOC. Thursdays are out.

the point of the MUGCoD structure is that I leave a separate thread open for a few days, so people drop in as and when they can and leave quick posts. It doesn't have to be done in real time or in any way 'prettily'. I think the minimum requirements are that most people can log on for a quick read-through and to add something a couple of times a day. When it seems over, or after an arbitrary deadline (probably three days?), I'll digest the whole thread, write is as one solid narrative, and post it myself.
This sounds perfect and I want it.
I would love a chance to do a UGCD. I'd be around 5:00pm-9:00pm EST except Thursdays, which are out for me. If work is dead enough (which is most of the time) then I'd be available all freakin day.
