Personality: Despite seeming laid back, Irei Vostera is undoubtedly worthy of his given position. He is extremely strict when leading those under him. However, his valiant views and burning heart give his underlings the will to triumph over any order that is handed to them. Not to mention that Vostera is pretty down to earth which makes him rather easy to talk to. When off duty, Irei has a tendency to fill his downtime with an assortment of family problems and random activities.
History: Irei's version: Irei was born into a clan full of ruffians known as the 'Shibō-ya'. The Shibō-ya was a decently wealthy clan that had made their wealth by acting as hitmen for various people. Without hesitation, each and every member of the clan would eliminate all targets assigned to them through any means necessary. However, Irei seemed to be of an entirely different breed all together. One he became of a reasonable age, the young adolescent refrained from partaking in his family's practices which made his people angry in response. Angry was nothing more than a mere understatement, they were furious. No one in the ruffian's entire bloodline had not attempted to turn away from their family tradition. Fortunately for them though, Irei was still a young cub that could easily have his mind changed through immoral actions.
Obviously aware of this, the Shibō-yas decided to pit him against several other children in an underground arena match. Despite the odds, Irei managed to defeat the opposing kids without even having to throw a single punch. Instead of fighting, the defiant ruffian boy easily crushed his opponents' wills to fight by raising up his spiritual pressure. Utterly astonished by Irei's defiant power, Shibō-yas chose to abandon him out of fear of what he could one day become to their clan. As a result of said decision, he is left alone to consume the remainder of his days by roaming around the Rukongai like a worthless peasant. Sometime later on, Irei is adopted into a local but respectable clan after they realize his extraordinary potential.

1. Conceal: The user goes into an seemingly invisible state, becoming nearly intangible for the remainder of the duration. During this time, the user cannot attack anything or communicate with anyone. Attempting to do so will simply cause them to phase through the target. However, a certain technique can releases them from said state. Cannot revert back to previous state while within a solid object. Lasts 4 posts, CD 6 posts
2. Reveal: The user's right zanpakuto emits a small bright light that illuminates the area within a five ft radius. Conceal is also canceled out if it was active prior to the activation of this move. Can also be used to blind targets at point blank range. Cooldown 4 posts.

5. Raid of the famished kitties: The user creates over two hundred and fifty cute ravenous shadowy cats that proceed to attack the target. The cats are weak individually but their high numbers and adorable looks allow them to overwhelm their target every time. Good for picking off small fry or for buying time. Lasts 4, Cooldown 7 posts
6. Beam of light: Zephry's most unexpected attack. The user fires off a simple concentrated beam of light that pierces through the target if hit. The problem with this is that the user can use(and usually does) this move without warning whatsoever, making it hard to predict on the get go. Cooldown 3 posts.

8. Fleeting Nightmare: Irei impales the ground with his zanpakuto before the very surface starts to turn pitch black within a radius equivalent to that of half a football field. Upon saying the appropriate phrase, the surface and everything underneath it begans to sink, eventually creating a large sink hole. Afterwards, an enormous beam of light rises from the bottom of the hole before destroying everything within the general vicinity. Cooldown 18 posts(After activation)
