A food based RP, maybe?

if one more person shows interest i'll start it and make a pc for myself because 2 people rps are boring, ideally i'd prefer if two or three more people wanted to join but just one more could work. what kind of place do you want to be a part of?

Shattered Sky (A Mecha Sci Fi RP)

Origin: UEA, born and raised

Service: Civillian

Backstory: Luna was born after the war had ended, as part of a small movement to slightly and very slowly (only about 0.0001% of humanity survived according to my very rough calculations) increase humanity's population after basically everyone died, living a simple life, trying to survive with her family before the cities were properly developed and finished, chasing adventures out of boredom before deciding the ultimate adventure would be to join the military after finding out about the Driver Program and joining because it would also probably help her family if all went to plan.

Description: As mentioned above, Luna is a thrill seeker. She's also intelligent, often spending time reading up on things and is rapidly picking up on how to fine tune the arc of the Lancer's mortar projectiles to hit difficult targets.

Infantry Loadout: Outside of her Lancer, Luna uses a minigun (i want balance between absurd weapons and something normal for some reason, this fits the bill) and when necessary, pulls out a drone for any special purposes (recon and carrying light things like explosives or medkits).

Lancer Loadout: The overall Lancer is built for general suppression (name of the game here for me) and mobility. The absurdly large caliber mortar I mentioned in my post in the interest check attached to its back is the main piece of equipment on the small (12 m tall) and quick Lancer, meant to fire upon a position for a bit using the firing arc to hit otherwise unreachable targets if necessary, then reposition to draw attention. It's equipped with light armor, again to allow for ease of mobility, in this case to make it less stiff so "leaning" down to stabilize the Lancer is quicker (because when i said physics can't stop me men in black suits threatened me so i have to make it semi-realistic), and for a secondary weapon, the Lancer has a basic but dependable rapid fire laser cannon.

the characters run a place and npc customers arrive to get food. the order is taken, prepared, and then served. annoying customers that are causing problems are dealt with. sounds boring on paper, but rping in general sounds kind of boring if you haven't done it before.

ex. "The first customers start showing up, examining the menu, chatting with each other about what looks good, splitting up to get seats, and walking up to make their order.
'Hello! How may I take your order? (different characters might say it differently if you want i guess i'm just gonna be the npcs and maybe a manager pc if this even goes anywhere)'"

and of course it's not just the workday there's gonna be discussion of what happened that day, how to increase business, adding and removing things from the menu, and other things i didn't mention

I decided to make a food based RP based on a previous small one I had that was fun. Anyone up for food action, and if so, anything specific (café, salad bar, ice cream, something unique and quirky, etc)?

(shipping of characters if y'all want but that's not gonna be a tag until we're ok and i'm not ok because what's a romantic relationship, can you use it to eat sandwiches with or something, why do people like it)

had a weird but enjoyable cafe rp once

i've had quite a few combat and adventure based typical dnd-esque adventures that were fun

there was a bad splat rp and i'm planning maybe a new, actually good one or to write it out on my own

mecha stuff is cool

card game rp was an actually good concept that got caught in the site nuke, i might bring it back

i've rped on smaller forums before and they died so i'm hoping for rps that will actually be responded to without getting nuked every five seconds
