Tosuns sword was on the downstroke, mere milliseconds away from finishing off a monster when he suddenly found himself back in the plaza he started in. "Huh? what the hell.." he said, blinking and looking around. With a frown he sheathed his sword. The plaza was full of other players and by the looks of it they were just as confused as he was, some of them angry and muttering about no log out button. Curiosity got the better of him as he opened the menu and searched for it but to no avail. The log out option was not available. This was strange.. and disturbing. Just then the sky turned red, filling with 'System Error' panels. Tosun looked on in confusion and worry as a large figure appeared in the sky claiming to be the creator of the game.

A lot of what the being said was unimportant but Tosun grasped the core concepts. Evidently they were all trapped in the game and the only way out was to die or complete all one hundred levels. "You can't be serious!" Death in the game means death in the real world? this is insane, this man was a lunatic! And to boot, if anyone tampered with your nervegear on the outside, your brain would be fried. Tentatively, Tosun looked into his inventory for the item that the creator mentioned. A mirror? he thought as he selected it, the item appearing in his hand. As he looked into it he didn't see the avatar he'd created with short black hair but instead saw himself and his medium length silver hair. Unbelieving, his hand explored the features on his face and sure enough it was his own. Everyones true identity had been revealed, to the great dismay of many.

Guys who'd been partying with girls came to find out that their parter was in fact a male. Tosun snickered and allowed himself some amusement at this despite their current situation. Damn.. if this is real.. his thoughts trailed off to the possibilities. He would have to be very careful from now on when fighting monsters. Fighting monsters. Tosuns eyes became focused and renewed with determination as he ran from the plaza once the sky was clear and the creator gone. "I'll play your game, you bastard." he said through gritted teeth. Leveling up and getting stronger were what mattered now.
Will post tonight
"Well I never was really into the club scene." David replied with another swig and a drag from his vices. "But a friend of mine has persuaded me. Oh him? yea sure why not. Double shot of crown to loosen him up eh?" he chuckled with a grin, flashing his own fangs a bit. The mention of a special later on was definitely a topic he wanted to pursue. A peculiar and albeit rather unfortunate sight caught his attention mid sentence however. Carson was being lead to a corner table by a female. All well and good but something was amiss, the surefire brit didn't seem so sure of himself at the moment. Glamour. Shit David thought as he turned in his seat, clapping Mikael on the shoulder and laughing. "Looks like 'ol boys gone and stolen all the fun! Why don't you sit right here and have a drink while i go and liberate our friend of a female or two." David finished with a sly grin at the bartender, the implications obvious.

David stood and downed the last of his Jack and Coke as well as tossing the butt of his red into an ash tray on the counter before smoothly making his way over to the table where Carson was taken too. Subtly, manipulation, lies. Right… A knife to the chest would be too easy. he thought. As he approached, his tactical mind analyzed the situation. Three female Vampires, the one who lead Carson to the table being the oldest. Still, he sensed they were younger than he and the threat was low as long as he could get them off of Carson which appeared to be easier said than done. They were all over him. Under normal circumstances this would be any mans dream, three gorgeous females totally infatuated with you and unable to keep their hands to themselves. Unfortunately for the human these were not normal circumstances.

"Bryaaan" David said with a smile, arms wide in greeting. "My friend it seems as though you've gone and stolen all of the beautiful girls in the club." the closest female looked at him and he gently lifted her chin to look at him. A sharp whistle emanated from his lips. "Beauty indeed. Drop dead gorgeous." He grinned and took a seat next to her, draping an arm over the back of the booth around the female. "Do you beauties come here often?"
The Hybrids scattered, fleeing from their cell of a room. Some followed the directions given by the human woman, allowing her poisonous words to slip into their minds. Fools. Others elected freedom and sought ways to escape. But Rage.. Rage saw this as an opportunity. They'd gassed him, bound him, and made a fool of him. More than anything.. they'd pissed him off. Alarms were sounding throughout the building, letting the humans know of their escape. The White Tiger grinned and roared in excitement. Alarms meant guards, armed resistance. Prey. He bolted into the hallway in time to see a girl with wings and a tail grab a gun. Rage scoffed at the use of firearms. Heavy footfalls down the corridor reached his ears and he bared his fangs, extending his claws to their fullest. A group of guards rounded the corner and the first found himself pinned to the wall with a cluster of ice spikes protruding from his chest.

Rage sprinted through the hallway towards the guards with unnatural speed, the walls and floor icing over in his wake. The soldiers opened fire. Or they would have if their guns worked. Instead they found their trigger mechanisms frozen stuck. The air in the hallway had reached subzero temperatures and ice started to creep along their limbs. With a primal roar, Rage was upon the three remaining soldiers. The first fell as he punched through the mans rib cage and tore his still beating heart free, bright red blood spurting out and staining the icy floor only to freeze as it left the warm body of its former host. Rage leapt and kicked off of the wall to propel himself at the second soldier who fell with a shredded throat. With both of his jugulars and his windpipe slashed the man bled out quickly. The last of the trio was felled with a flurry of slashes to his chest, neck, and face.

Blood lust in his eyes, the White Tiger that was Rage stalked through the halls looking for more prey.
Not sure if you wanted to control the information that the bartender gives.
Once out of the SUV David lit up one of his Marlboro Reds. He would have offered one to Mikael but the pretense was that Mikael belonged to him and Trixy. From what the young Vampire understood, his species was not kind to their servants. 'If I seem like an ass don't take it personally, its all part of the game.' He'd told the human during the trip. David looked at Mikael and nodded his head towards Trixy and Carson in a rude manner, indicating that his servant should into the club. The small line out front held no persons worthy of note, that being no one perceived as a threat. David quickly reassessed this thought however. They were all Vampires, every one of them was a potential threat.

Inside, Carson suggested that he and Mikael check out the bar scene and David thought it was a splendid idea and replied with a smile. "Sure, i could use a drink." the team split, Carson and Trixy bound for the dance floor with Mikael and himself for the bar. The establishment itself was top quality. Or rather David thought so, not being much of a club goer. Due to the daylight hour the crowd was pretty sparse and the pair had no trouble getting to the bar and getting seats. To keep up the pretense David 'ordered' Mikael to stand and buy him a drink. Jack and coke. David could sense that the Bartender had more than a few years on him. Perhaps fifty or so. The sensation was not nearly as strong as it was with Trixy so this guy should be cake if it came down to a fight.

"Light crowd, eh boss?" he said to the bartender, who was wiping a glass. David took a swig of his Jack and Coke then puffed on his red. "Give me the scoop man, I'm new in town. This place come alive at night and we're all just here to pre game right?"
It happens man
A green health bar floated in the top left corner of his vision along with his level (one) and his new name. Tosun. [iUnreal[/i] he thought as he examined his hands and performed a series of quick jabs and kicks to feel out the motions. It was all totally fluid as if it was his own body, none of it was pre scripted movements. New players were materializing in the plaza almost every second, some finding each other while others looked around for their friends. Partying and guilds would come later, right now Tosun wanted to level up. The guide in his inventory, which he selected from the holographic menu that appeared, would tell him a few key details that he wanted to know about how to build the type of swordsman he wanted to be. He'd heard somewhere along the line that there was an unlimited number of skills within the game. Perhaps that was because players could create their own? time will tell.

The game thus far was amazing, everything he'd hoped it to be and he hadn't even left the spawn area yet. A smile crossed his features as he thought of rectifying that fact and not a moment later he was on his way out into the lands surrounding the Town of Beginnings, a single handed curved sword in his possession and a glint of excitement in his eyes at the prospect of fighting monsters.
High school was now behind him and the summer was his. June, july, august.. three whole months to game, party, and hook up. Mostly game. Tony was stoked thinking about all of the possibilities that the season held for him but highest of all of them was the greatly anticipated Sword Art Online. Of course he had the game preordered. Though that didn't stop him from waiting in line all damn night to be one of the first ten people to pick it up. Tony had a switch blade in his pocket in the event some other gamer tried to get the best of him and steal his copy once he was out of the store. There were only ten thousand copies of SAO being sold to the public and owning it basically made you the envy of every gamer on the planet.

The drive back to his house was killing him and if he could have plugged it into his car to play he would have. Going the speed limit it would've taken about an hour to get back home. Tony finished the trip in thirty five minutes and made all haste form the garage to his room. His Nervegear was already plugged in and he quickly set up the game, changing into some basketball shorts and a white undershirt to get comfortable. A giant black leather recliner acted as his gaming throne and he kicked back in it, donning the Nervegear. The equipment flared to life and a timer appeared signaling one minute until the link was initiated. Tony couldn't find any words to describe how excited he was. Finally, he was going to be able to live the game instead of controlling an avatar in third person. This time he IS the avatar.

3.. 2.. 1.. "Link start!" the sensation that followed could only be described as otherworldly or like he was having an out of body experience as his conscious was projected into the game. Icons appeared naming the five senses and turned green, confirming that the full dive system was operating normally. Character creation was faster than he'd thought initially. He had all night in line to think of a name and whatnot. No longer would he be Tony, not in this world. Now he was Tosun, soon to be the greatest sword master the MMO universe has ever seen!
David undressed, removing his jeans and boots. There was no shame in changing in front of people. Before donning the outfit laid out before him, the Vampire quickly strapped on his knife sheathes and gun holsters, his V-neck serving as an undershirt. There was only enough room on the holsters for one extra mag per gun but David was not worried. He never was one to pull the trigger unless he could hit something so to him every bullet had an enemies name on it. And if bullets failed he always had his blades. With the flick of his wrist the forearm sheathes would slide daggers into his hands with which he could deliver swift death. The black slacks were a good fit, not too tight and not too loose. The same could be said for the dark red dress shirt which was loose enough to conceal all of his weapons perfectly. "Nice.." he said to himself as he strapped on a pair of dress shoes and turned to Trixy. "Alright.. shirt tucked in or no? and do I pop the collar or leave it as is? Oh and uh. Hmm.. I don't believe our new employers would appreciate us using glamours on team mates but if they want a mission done then we do what we need to do."
