Ooh, very interesting... Consider my curiosity piqued.
I do like Eclipse Phase, but have always been put off by the complicated rules. Would this be an Agents of Firewall game?
Better than hot rocks and cocaine women, I suppose...

Imagine being the one to get that devil fruit. "The Blow-Blow fruit? Must be some sort of wind power!"

Edit: Pretend I stuck a picture of Snowflame in here.
Just don't start ranting about it on TV, along with your tiger blood and... damnit, I've forgotten what else Charlie Sheen went on about.
Brenda Wirrit

Brenda hurries through the streets, turns a sharp corner and runs into what she first takes for a tartan wall, falling backwards. She then looks up to see a huge kilted marine turning around to look her way. The brute considers, then reaches down to the inexperienced pirate.

Brenda stands and swallows, only for the marine to grab her treasure chest with two massive fingers and try to lift it away from her. Brenda holds on so tightly she's lifted as well, curling up around her treasure as the Marine begins trying to shake her off.

Through what remains of the tavern window flies a beige ball of goop, impacting behind the bar with a splat and falling to the floor along with several bottles. Then there's a groan from behind the bar, and a woman made of blue glass, with a cork for hair, paper labels for clothes and an unknown substance sloshing about inside stands up.

The woman takes a moment to regain her footing, and then looks at her hands. "Mix-Mix Separate!" she says to herself, before reaching into her body and pulling out several bottles of grog. When the last is removed, her body changes to beige putty, then back to flesh and blood (And cloth, leather, wood, metal and everything else about her person).

"Ah! Su Atano!" she says suddenly, her words foreign but her tone one of shock. She begins patting herself down, eventually breathing a sigh of relief as she lifts her shirt to reveal a wooden belly, with a brass keyhole over her navel and hinges on one side.

Finally, Brenda notices the other people in the tavern. The unconscious woman, the man tending to her, the various pirates preparing to fight or hide. "Is every person okay?" she asks, before being answered by another ominous croak from the overhead beam, and asking "Do you want me to fix that?" She takes a hammer and nails from her belt, gesturing to the crack.
I'd leave the final decision up to a GM. some people have listed techs, others don't. It's not like you can't make up a new one if the situation calls for it, so long as it's not a complete ass-pull though. Like, if Zell used a rapid-flurry technique, even if you hadn't listed him as having it, that's reasonable.

On the other hand, using his power to form helicopter blades and start flying might need a bit of training and a suitable moment of inspiration or desperation.
We're starting as soon as our characters enter their new home, yes? So they won't have had much time to interact with the staff or each other?
This sounds like my kinda jam... What's the likelihood of me being allowed to play some sort of sentient robot/uploaded personality?
Thanks! I'm going to look for a pic at some point too. Will edit it in to my sheet when I find a good one.
