Is this open to those who weren't in the original? I might submit some sort of elastic troublemaker if so.
Hurrah! I may have to come up with some neat tricks in game.

I'm assuming those cryo-pods are where human avatars go when they log out?
Name: Alexandria Dewey

Appearance:

Former Job: A library database and analytics system, once had access to every (known) book ever written and tasked with cataloguing, finding trends and making recommendations.

Skills: Searching for knolwege in libraries or other organised collections of data.

Knowledge base: A wide collection of literary knowledge and references. Also a natural with the Dewey decimal system.

Personality: To be discovered
Equipment: Default starting gear
"Mira. Good to meet you." she offers her hand for shaking, and when introductions are over looks about. "I suppose we should take a look around..."

Walking alongside Azurael, Mira looks about as she walks through the park, occasionally stopping to feel a tree, pluck a leaf or check she really does have her leg back.

"Maybe we're in London, or Berlin or the like? They've got some ancient buildings right next to modern ones?" A glimpse of a stepped pyramid makes her reconsider. "Or... Disneyland?"
We forgive you. From what you said earlier it sounds like RL stuff happened.
Full name: Xiu-Xiu Benedict

Home planet: Earth

Age: 105

Appearance:

Abilities: Nanite smartmatter - Xiu-Xiu is composed of a swarm of nanites, capable of reshaping themselves. Her default look is pictured, though when deactivated she's a puddle of silvery liquid. As well as her own mind, the nanites' distributed systems form a computer system with all the benefits of a cranial implant, from data storage and rapid calculations to wireless interface. While the nanites can theoraetically reshape Xiu-Xiu into anything, it takes significant computing power to build complex forms. Without access to the Iris-6's computers, she can only form simple shapes or pre-loaded forms. Her body is resistant to physical damage, but energy-based attacks (Especially electromagnetic) are effective. While Xiu-Xiu is capable of splitting herself, to either be smaller or leave behind objects, she needs a minimum amount of mass for certain functions and if split too far apart is effectively knocked out while simpler subroutines rebuild her neural net.

Skills: Advanced medical training. Wilderness survival. Piloting.

Bio: When earth had to select only three people out of the billions to be the first candidates for the IPT, it was clear they needed the best of the best. Looking through several records, they found Xiu-Xiu Benedict. She started as an EMT, before going on to work for Doctors Without Borders, acting as a pilot and medic for those most in need.

There was just one problem. Xiu-Xiu was retired. More than retired, she couldn't leave her bed without the help of a power-suit. Advanced medication had stopped senility from setting in, but the woman was starting her second century. She'd lived a long life, married a loving woman, had children (With some genetic assistance) and watched them grow up.

Enter the Lazarus Project. A colony of nanites, based on distributed computing and limited self-repair, technology acquired in intergalactic trades, she would be the first human subject. It involved a destructive scan - The nanites would take her apart at the atomic level in order to rebuild Xiu-Xiu's neural network with their own structure. If it went wrong, it would be fatal. But Xiu-Xiu was no starnger to taking risks. Offered her youth back, an opportunity to explore and give aid in a whole universe, and to pioneer a life-changing medical treatment, she didn't need convincing.

The treatment was a success, though the project wants to make sure there are no long-term issues before trying it out again. Xiu-Xiu was reborn as a silvery liquid which, after some practice, assembled itself into Xiu-xiu in her 20s. She spent more time getting used to her new body, spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and visiting her wife's grave before saying her goodbyes, and setting off for IPT training.

Notes: (Any particular thing that couldn't be noted in the rest of the character sheet but still important to note...)
I'm going to make something for this, but might be in a few hours. I've got two concepts in mind.

The first is an alien from a civilisation of AIs, hopping between a variety of different robot bodies or projected holograms.

The second is a human who was an old woman before being selected for this role, and was de-aged with technobabble. May have some kind of nanite-based shape shifting.
Is this dead?

I certainly hope not. I'm just assuming something happened to distract our GM or otherwise delay the start.
Mira sniffles a bit, and suppresses her tears of joy. "My leg! My leg is back!" she proclaims, as she looks around. For the first time she really takes in the new place. Skyscrapers alongside Tudor timber buildings, her odd new clothes, which the woman in front of her also wears.

"Um... I think I may also be lost though. Where the heck is this?"
Interesting... Of course, we don't know what level actually does, or even have an IC way to know it exists..
