Consider my interest piqued - I do love extensive worldbuilding. You've certainly invested a staggering amount of effort into planning out the setting. It's impressive, to say the least.

I tend to tack an image on after I've worked out the appearance in my mind, to help me visualize what I'm writing as I'm writing it. It's not even a picture of a real person, if that helps.

Cyberpunk isn't typically my forte - especially because it's not really my area of expertise - but I'll bite, because your writing drew me in. Give me a bit to scrape together a character sheet. (It should be up before the end of Monday, hopefully. Busy weekend ahead.)
