There's more where that came from! *As soon as I notice the electricity, I summon an ethereal bass and immediately begin to pluck it, a deep bassline echoing through the area; though my body starts to fizzle, the electricity begins to flow toward either end of the base, crackling across it. Less and less electricity arcs between the beams, more of it flowing into the bass, until I suddenly point it up at you and shoot a beam of intense lightning at you before feeding the remaining electricity back into the energy beams to try and overload them*

*Summons an ethereal drum that I bang; I take the first impact and stand my ground in the air; having felt the blast, the magic takes the next blast and scatters its force along a thick shell of molecules around me, redirecting the kinetic energy randomly so that it acts as heat instead, and though it is intense, I seem to be unaffected; I shoot up through the kinetic pulses and suddenly channel the heat in my body into an uppercut of great power*

*I get blown back very fast but I slow myself down significantly, energy radiating away from me in random concussive waves*

*I shake myself off and dash toward you in the air with an outstretched fist, waiting to see what you'll do when I get close*

*Shrugs* I mean, it's a crucial part of my fighting style. *I can tell my projectile-changing field is not working; I dive forward and duck down to grab your feet, swinging back up behind you to kick you in the head and flip off that way, and when I'm behind you I realise that the field is working again*
