The Cleaner walked away, and the captain looked outside the window, seeing a Blue and Green planet that appeared to have lights on it.

The Castle of the Emperor
New Orleans,
Louisiana

The Castle of the Emperor stood tall in the business area of New Orleans, the huge marble Castlescrape (Castle + Skyscraper) standing above anything in the city. It was the tallest building in the country, dwarfing the former capital building in Baton Rouge, The first 10 floors where rooms dedicated to past victories against the USNA with one of the rooms have a picture showing the comparisons, and somehow, even with the USNA being much larger, Louisiana is still independent. A giant balcony was on the top of the castle for just the royal family, it also had a plaque on the top of it stating that it was the tallest building on the continent, which Louisiana typically rubbed in the face of the USNA.

Bobby Jindal the 2nd sat on the balcony, looking out at the Gulf of Aztlan. He looked down at his city, a land he and his father got independent after a war against one of the strongest countries in existence.

"You mad USNA" Bobby thought to himself, smiling.

Suddenly, Boudreaux called up Bobby's phone stating how the USNA is probably planning an invasion and how they are insulting us by calling us a dictatorship.

Bobby simple replied he didn't care what those horrible Yankees thought about there great country and he turned it off.

5 Hours Later, French Quarter
"People of Louisiana, we are not scared of what is too come, as we are unbeatable, we have a great tower, we have our land, we have our oil, we are not scared, it can be the USNA or Aztlan but we will stay independent, they can hurt us, they can kill us, but they shall not defeat us, we are the great people of Louisiana, and we shall not lose" stated Bobby Jindal the 2nd to the people at his speech.

The speech was same old same old, some cajun food, a bounce house for the kids, everything like that, the street performers around them impressed everyone there, and Bobby was happy.

"We do not care if they have more land or more people, we do not care if they are more advanced, we shall fight them if they attack us, and if they do attack us, we shall beat them. Do you hear me Fergus McClain, cause I know you have spies here watching us, we aren't scared of you. Now I don't want you to fight us, as a war would be bad for both of us right now, but I hope you understand Fergus, we shall fight back, we have allies, we have people willing to help us, unlike you."

The crowd around Bobby Jindal went wild, screaming with happiness and chanting his name. Bobby was elated.

"So, people of Louisiana, it is my pleasure to announce, we are in the process of creating a spacestation to orbit around the earth and be a launch pad if we ever have the ability to colonies other planets."

Once again, the crowd screamed, some proud, some amazed, and some confused, Bobby didn't care though, as he was in a great mood.

Name of the pretender: Holle Finsternis of the Darkness
Powers: Power over shadows, power to engulf himself into a shadow-like armor, the ability to teleport in darkness and the ability to blast shadowy fire out of his mouth. The way he can control shadows is to make them physical and to have them attack, like little summon able shadow slaves. They can also be used for building and other jobs. The armor he can create is physical yet spectral. Nothing can move through it, yet it has no wait on Holle. The way he can teleport is when it is night he can just move around by teleporting at will. Lastly, he blasts the fire out of his mouth sort of like a dragon. Which is what leads me to the next thing... the appearance.

During the night, his followers go outside and sacrifice animals to his shadow travelers, people hired by Holle to go and take sacrifices and bring them back to him. Also, once a month they go to a giant temple on a mountain where they worship him bringing sacrifices of gold, food, money, and weapons. They may also swear there eternal allegiance to him as his warriors.

Name of the Nation: Finsternisa, a land in where the capital lies around a mountain where the temple is on top.

History: Finsternisa was founded by a tribe that surrounded the mountain. There leader, Hollelious, died unifying the other tribes who lived there. Once he passed, his son, Holleious the 2nd, brought his fathers body to the top of the mountain to which he was reborn as a Dragon Humanoid with the new name Holle, which means Hell in there language. Holle took control of there nation and started his plan to unify the lands surrounding there mountain.

Holle's first plan was to conquer the smaller tribes within a 20 mile radius, which took around a year. He took a group of humans with him along with some shadows he summoned. They pillaged the villages and murdered there leaders claiming that they all belonged to Holle now. This alone set him as a powerful leader.

His next plan was to conquer anything within 100 miles, this took 3 years, but he pulled it off. Killing anyone who opposed him and destroying any leaders of the enemy tribes. He enslaved the captured villages and made concubines of there queens. Soon, he had already got 10 women pregnant with more Half Dragon Half Human creatures.

Now we enter phase 3, destroy anything within a 1000 mile radius, it has not been started yet but we know there shall be blood.

Military:
Holle's main research has been military, for the humans of course. Once he summons the shadow people he can also summon weapons for them, typically, they use Katanas and Crossbows. But the humans use axes so they can take timber while chopping off heads for sacrifices (Which are normally dear).

Right now, Finsternisa has a population of 100k freeman and 500k slaves. They typically look like this:

Holleious the 2nd: The real Heir to the throne, original son of Holle, the one who revived Holle, he is the true heir but we still do not know if he will take control of the kingdom as he looks more like the originals and less like Holle (Note, Holle is a true Dragon Humanoid, the others are just the original breed, Holle is superior and the only one that is close to a true dragon)

Holle the 2nd: 2nd son of Holle and also a true Dragon, Holle the 2nd is just as bloodthirsty as his father, he typically runs the executions and the trials. Rumor has it he has plans to murder his brother the true heir.
