I did, @banjoanjo @Metalhead still haven't posted since.

Sorry, going through a major assessment period at school. I'll try to write up a post in the next few days. Is the gathering at the Trump Hotel for the whole K9 or just that one particular team?
Poor guy. Helen reached to put a comforting shoulder on the broken man's shoulder but reconsidered at the last moment. The guy still had a knife in his hand after all. She preferred keep her number of fingers at ten. She pitied him, but knew better than to sympathise. There were more pleasant ways to die besides at the hands of a madman. So instead, she addressed her other teammate.

"Sooo Reaper Man, what's hip and happening in the northeast? We got any major hideouts lined up?"

She heard a dull clunk before turning and seeing Yruzza dazed and off the table. Finally. She smiled and offered her thermos to him.

"Helps with the nerves," she explained and held the warm container out to the man, "As for how we're getting there..."

"We could take the vans. Disguises would probably help too. There's that Asian tourist one I haven't done in a while."

She addressed both her teammates, hoping for further suggestions. She didn't like being in charge. She needed to be given a direction, one that was clear and that she would succeed in. Ramshackle's mental state put him out of the running, so Shane was the best candidate. But if needed, she would begrudgingly take the lead.

"So?"

Cool, I'll try to get a post up on the weekend.
Helen sipped from her thermos of chamomile tea and giggled affably at Miles' gung-ho attitude. The guy really didn't give any shits about how he came off to people. That sneer seemed to have been ripped straight from the cheesy anime that the closeted weeaboo watched. (Helen had seen his internet history. Shit taste, dude.)

"C'mon Miley," she teased lightheartedly, "there's no need to be such a fogey."

Her easy gaze shifted back and forth from her teammates and Zeke's cartridge twirling. That was some seriously magical stuff right there. She was kinda jealous, she could never twirl anything like that. Not enough dexterity. Her hands were precise, co-ordinated, not the kind for fun little things like this. She had a classmate who sat next to her in AP Calculus back in high school who would always twirl her pen. So majestic. But back to the more important things.

"Both of you have valid points. We need to show that the K9 is something to be feared but just barging in or tiptoeing around them isn't going to be effective enough in the long term. They'll snag us if we go all in and they'll snag us if we wait too long to attack. We need to strike with the element of surprise, go straight for their heads. Target the top and send the whole crew into disarray."
Aw sheet, thanks man
URIEL ATTICUS - LOCATION: AUDITORIUM

Uriel’s head snapped to the front of the auditorium, thankful for something that would distract him from his earlier faux pas or the mohawk dude shooting daggers and other figurative weaponry at him. The beautiful woman at the front was a welcome sight. She looked young, too young to be at the PhD level that the other mentors were.

And powers. She had them too. That made sense. He guessed that it would be a little too presumptuous to assume that this cohort of teens were the only ones in all of history. This revelation sparked a myriad of thoughts in his head. She lived in here too. Did she get kidnapped? Did she have a group too? Where the heck were those guys then?

He wouldn’t let this opportunity go wasted like last time. He wanted answers and this lady, this girl who probably went through the same thing that this group was now, would have them. She seemed comfortable with this environment, and she was obviously appointed by Elisa and the mentors.

Uriel raised his hand. There was no point asking about her powers. She would probably reveal them later on, or someone else would ask that stupidly obvious question. Same went for the group exercise. Hopefully it would be something as harmless as trust falls or a friendly game of handball. Colouring books would be nice too. A facility-wide game of hide and seek maybe? Uriel stopped his thoughts from wandering too far and asked his question.

“Yeah, uh, so you got kidnapped and all that too, yeah? How long did it take before you were allowed to go outside? Do you even get to go out into the real world? Or do they lock you up in some other part of the facility?”
Here's my profile. If there's still a spot in the K9 open, I'd like her to be in it.

You'll probably be getting a profile from me soon too.
Can I reserve a spot or do I need to submit a profile first?
