The People Of The Next Generation [OOC!]

Kira

Name: Kira Eleanor
Age: 17
Personality: Kira is a very free and happy person. She enjoys life and likes to live it to the fullest. Whether it be by partying all night long or by going out and doing something. Either way, she has to be moving and is constantly full of energy.

However, she can be very mischievous. She loves pulling pranks and antagonizing those she deems boring or 'In need of some fun'. She isn't a bad person, not at all. In fact, she loves pulling magic tricks and entertaining people. She enjoys seeing other people happy and seeing other people laugh and enjoy themselves. But, don't think that she is just always looking after others.
History: Kira was born in England. Born to a happy mother and father. She had an older sister however. Her parents owned a nice little bakery where her brother and she worked part-time. Her older sister was a successful lawyer away in New York but, she still remained involved with them by visiting and sending them money every month. Despite her parent's protests.

Everything was fine with them however, it was always known that Kira was a bit different. Whether it be by her fantastic reflexes or her quick react time-either way, something was up. And it became glaringly obvious as to what it was when she was 11. Her parents and she were out in the park having a picnic. They were laughing and having fun when Kira just so happened to look towards the road.

She spotted a little boy running out into the street after his ball. She was the only one who saw the car come speeding towards the child. So, before she realized what was happening, she was next to the child. She grabbed him and they were on the sidewalk. No one saw anything.

And it was at that point that she realized that she was not normal. She realized that she had a gift. So, she came out to her parents about it. She knew that she had to let them know as she had no idea about what to do with her power. Sure, she could ignore it but, she was never one for giving up or ignoring things.

Her parents welcomed her gift and took it upon themselves to teach her how to use it and control it. After all, the last thing they wanted was for her to slip and use her super speed in public. So, she spent years practicing with it and she was able to control it pretty well. She mostly enjoyed pushing her ability to see how far she could go with it.

And then her parents came out to her about some big news. They found a place for her to go and learn how to fully control her abilities. Sure, her parents believed that she had become a lot better at controlling her power but, she still needed help with it. So, off she went to Next Generation. She was confident that it would be a lot of fun.
Powers/Abilities: Super Speed. (And with that she has increased agility and stamina.)

Godling School

Katherine was pulled out of her musical haze when an announcement rang throughout the school-grounds. She moved her headphones from her ears and let them rest around her neck as she listened. The more she heard the more interested she became. Hmm... a gathering? A great time to see my future classmates.

A bit of excitement pricked at her and an unintentional smirk crossed her features. She reached into her boot and pulled out the folded up map. Don't question it. She quickly un-folded it and her eyes took in the map for the first time. After a few moments she nodded to herself before folding up the map.

She eyed the school before placing her headphones back to their rightful place on her ears. She then began walking to the auditorium. She'd make it, she had plenty of time. No need to rush or anything.

In front of the school a door made of fire appeared. The 'door' opened and Katherine strolled out, the door slamming shut behind her. She stared up at the school boredly, her music blaring through her headphones. She snapped her fingers and the door behind her disappeared.

"I wonder if it's too late to go back..."

She mumbled, her light British coming out un-concerned. She was just in Egypt and she was missing it already. The heat was lovely. She tested out the air and was pleased to feel the warmth. If the air was cold she would be leaving. At that very moment.

She was grateful for her good luck.

She looked around at the other students arriving but, she wasn't paying much attention. Her head nodded to 'Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana', one of the best things humans produced. Shame it was over so soon.

"Well, I sadly can't stand around here forever." She huffed. She would pick up the rest of her things from Egypt when she had time. Now, exploring! She slowly walked towards the school, dragging her feet trying to move as slow as possible.

"I'm not very good with instructions."
Age: 17
"Don't see how this is your business but, whatever."
Personality: Brea is a quiet girl, having spent most of her time with her head buried in a book or with her eyes focused on her sketchpad. However, she is not completely reclusive. If someone speaks to her or if she is interested in what is happening she will speak up. Albeit very bluntly.

She is also kind and willing to listen to those she keeps close. (Which are a very few amount of people.) Sure, she may seem pretty deadpan at times but, it is most likely due to the fact that she has limited social skills. She has a good heart.
"I think it's a bit obvious by now, don't you?"
Bio: Brea was born to a single mother. Her father ditched as soon as he found out that her mother was pregnant. So, it was just her mother and she. She didn't mind. It was a bit difficult for her mother to support them both considering the low-paying job she had and the lack of help.

So, Brea chipped in to help. How? By getting a part-time job in a library. Together, they both survived. And then Brea discovered her ability and she discovered how her ability could help her mother and she. So, she used it to get a little extra money. However, it wasn't too much as to gain suspicion.

Her mother and she lived a peaceful life regardless. Or they did. Until this happened.
"What is this thing about love and stuff?"
Powers: Anything she draws becomes real. However, if the paper (or whatever she drew on.) becomes torn or ruined then the creation will disappear. And the bigger or more complex something is then the more energy it takes out of her so she has to be careful.
"Well, I have an awesome power. Can I just keep that instead of having eternal love or whatever?"
Love Interest: Open
"No? So, I have to say it? Fine."
Other: She is part French so she sometimes slips into French when speaking.
"I will love you"

Followers: People and Animals in colder areas where there is mostly snow and harsher winters.
Bio: Katherine was known as a wanderer with people barely being able to get a glimpse of her. Someone claims to have seen her, she'd have already left the city and was somewhere thousands of miles away.

She wasn't a hero either. She didn't spend all of her time running around saving people. She only saved those who really needed her. If the police or the person themselves can handle it, she doesn't bother. However, those people who live in freezing cold temperatures or animals who are left vulnerable to the snow and cold? She helps them. However, she mostly just travels around the world watching the world change as she explores new cultures, art, music, food, etc.
