Name: Connor House
Age: 18
Personality: He's completely unsure. Connor doesn't really have a clue who he is. He has been known to be kind and has never really been the type to go looking for a fight despite having anger issues, but he is withdrawn and apathetic to the point of seeming completely detached. He has had many times throughout his life where he has felt completely numb to what's going on around him. He has simply never cared about his life and until very recently never even gave any serious thought to his future. In conclusion Connor is still figuring himself out. He's not sure whether he's a bad guy trying to be good or a good guy with some heavy emotional damage.
Occupation: Student (When he could be bothered to go to school)
Ethnicity: British (Irish and English heritage)
Equipment: He's currently sharing Shane's supplies.
Weapons: A SIG Sauer P226 and a Police Baton. Both of which belonged to his step-father who happened to be a cop.
Family:
Jane House – Mother – Dead
Adam House – Step-Father - Dead
Past:
-Grew up poor in both London and Atlanta
-Moved to Atlanta from London, England at the age of 11 so his mum could be with her boyfriend
-Was emotionally and physically abused by his step-father
-Spent some time in a Juvenile Detention Centre when he was fourteen and again when he was sixteen
-Looks up to Shane, but still struggled with life and school despite being counselled by him for a year
-His step dad started beating his mum a couple of months ago sending Connor into a deeper pit of suppressed anger
-He was planning on killing his step-dad, Adam House, before the shit hit the fan. Thankfully the walkers did the job for him.
Other Interesting Information: With the exception of Shane, Connor doesn't like men very much. He is distrustful, defensive and on occasion even aggressive around them. This probably comes from his biological father leaving him and his mother as a child, being bullied in England by groups of lads and then his step-dad being an abusive piece of dog turd.
Connor is thought to have PTSD. Having a massive issue with hyper-arousal. He has pretty much every symptom of it, having great difficulty sleeping, being hyper vigilant (jumping and always being on guard) and having issues with trying to control his anger. Aside from that he has terrible nightmares that usually wake him, making it near impossible for him to fall back asleep. He is also like already mentioned seemingly detached from those around him, preferring to keep to himself and generally feeling numb. With the help of Shane he's been trying to deal with it, but it's a slow process.
