Former Occupation: Street rat; ran odd jobs here and there for small amounts of cash.

Bio: Kelsey ran away from home at 16, living on the streets and surviving off of petty crime and odd jobs. She became especially skilled at thievery and breaking locks. Kelsey often found herself getting into trouble as a result of her lifestyle; she spent several nights in jail for misdemeanors, but never actually had to serve any serious jail time.

During her 20’s, Kelsey got off the street and moved into an abandoned warehouse in the industrial district of Empire City, settling into the warehouse as a permanent home. She lived a hedonistic, day-to-day life; Kelsey found herself indulging in the vices often, and never set a long-term goal for herself. Instead, she did almost anything she could to make money and survive, and let loose with the few people she called friends in her free time.

As the world began to fall apart, Kelsey began stocking up for any potential fallout. She stored supplies in her warehouse and began making preparations for the media began calling the end of the world. When the virus hit, Kelsey converted the warehouse into a safehouse; she fortified the building and stockpiled as much as she could into it. She’s stayed with her safehouse ever since, trying to stay under the radar and scavenging the city to survive.

Stuff!: Kelsey keeps a backpack with her at all times, and is almost always equipped with some sort of sharp or blunt object that she can use as a weapon, like a bat or any long blade that she can find.

Kelsey also has a bit of rations in her warehouse, though she often has to scavenge for more food and restock. At the moment, she has about enough supplies to survive a week without scavenging. She has a sleeping bag, a collection of firewood, three gallons of gasoline for the fire, a variety of things she can use as weapons, and a handgun, though she has only one bullet for the handgun at the moment. She keeps that bullet safe, just in case she needs it.
