For a man, I like him to make me feel small. He must be tall enough for me to just stand there and rest my head on his chest. I cannot and will not accept men that are short, and I have a very, very specific reason why, psychologically speaking. Long hair or short, doesn't matter, so long as it looks good on them. I prefer a big frame, which ties into the "making me feel small" part, and that doesn't mean fat. I do not like a man who shaves his chest, back, or any part of his body, but he must not be covered like a gorilla. I love facial hair, especially mustaches. And that's about all I can think of right now.
