Bio
It's Nikki! Or Beliael. Whatever floats your fantasy boat. Why Beliael? It's an adaptation of Belial/Beliar, a fallen angel whose name means "without worth". It is both edgy and apt. Oh, they are also cited as being the true ruler of the world and an angel of lawlessness. Like I said, edgy.
My avatar was initially a tardigrade, but I noticed I was unsettled by people's avatars when they were that abstract, which gave me no idea of their personality and/or appearance. So... have a very edited, ghostly image of my face. I'd post a normal one, but some of y'all are creepy.

Oh my G*d (can't use his name in vain, not that they'd know that), those gosh darn heathens are ruining society with their Pagan rituals and beliefs in geology and astronomy! So what, the Universe is ever expanding. Good for it. BUT this planet is only a few thousand years old, because I say so. And climate change? Just another heathen ploy to corrupt our children, like the internet and HBO.*shudder* Nothing worse for pre-teens than HBO.

Despite working in a research lab, astrology is one of my guilty pleasures. It's silly, but sometimes I find this kind of stuff really motivating and uplifting. Gives me the little extra nudge to push myself through out the day. Self-fulfilling prophecy thing, I guess!

Essentially, all someone says is "don't get me started on ________" and the next person has to fly off the handle and rant about that random topic even if they know nothing about it. The rants can be in any kind of tone you want them to be. I've ranted about fly fishing, Vladimir Putin, pre-calculus, and Madonna, which are all things I know very little about.
When you feel your rant has concluded, you say "and don't even get me started on ___________" and the next person then has to react to that topic and provide the next one, and so on and so forth.
Please keep forum rules in mind and do not rant about other players unless it is good natured and kind.
Usually, the first topic of the game is the game itself, so the first responder gets this gem: Don't even get me started on that stupid game Don't Get Me Started.
