When you are so emotional you are close to dropping from every rp you are in just so people won't have to deal with you anymore

Amalia

Wife of Wilhelm @Saltwater Thief, Sister-Wife of Onyx @Vesuvius00
Interacting with Wilhelm @Saltwater Thief and Onyx @Vesuvius00

Gentle arms enfolded her in a reassuring embrace. Amalia turned to the source of the comfort and focused on stopping her shaking body. Her sister-bride gave her words of encouragement. It was simple kindness that she had not received since leaving her home and it made her eyes tear up.
“Thank you,” she murmured so only the two of them could hear. “I’m sorry.”

The princess calmed the upset and they weaves their way through and out of the mess. Outside it was cooler and quieter. Amalia took a deep breath, grateful that she could breathe once again.

The cottage they were led to was not what she had expected. Her lord-husband was wise enough to rest before traveling. Amalia noted this, realizing it was more for them than for him. He, a hardened Drakken, could no doubt travel great distances with little rest. Whether the thought was out of concern for their wellbeing or just a measure to make sure they survived to breed remained to be seen.
The tension returned when the man in dark clothing appeared. When she was pulled from her sister-bride and shoved towards the man holding ropes in his hands, her fear returned full force.
“No, please! I’m sorry for before! It will not happen ag-!”
“Quiet!” The man snapped and began... measuring her?
Relief made her knees nearly give way. She had thought he was going to bind her for grabbing onto him earlier.

The servant was quick, moving to different parts of her body without so much as blinking. After measuring Onyx as well he left without another word.
Her hope that the inside would be warm and inviting was dashed. Other then being clean it looked like no one resided there.
Since they had been slightly rained on it was a pleasant surprise that her lord-husband called for baths for them. He warned them about escaping. He needn’t have bothered. Amalia was no where near thoughts of escape. Being a bird in a cage meant safety from the outside world.

“Thank you milord,” she said gently and bowed to him.
The bath was warm. The moment she stepped into it she breathed a sigh of relief. A warm bath was just the thing to calm her nerves. She sat in the water, knees drawn to her chin, arms wrapped around her legs, hair floating in the water around her.
Onyx, her sister-bride, was beautiful. And not as scared as Amalia was. She was braver, more sure. With such beauty inside and out, she would be the favorite. But she was kind. Amalia has heard stories of brides who got full of themselves and became cruel to the brides under them in favor. But she didn’t think Onyx would be like that. They could support each other.

She looked up at her sister-bride, who was relaxing in her own bath.
“Do you... do you think he has other wives? Besides us?” Amalia asked.
After Onyx’ answer Amalia stared into the bath water, her chin on her knees. “I wanted to be brave, like you. I tried to be brave. I truly did. But fear is everywhere. It chokes me.”
A tear fell down her cheek and dropped into the water as she looked at Onyx with a sad smile. “I am sorry you are stuck with me, my sister. I am not worth much. But I promise I will not give up completely. No matter how harsh things become, I will support you.”

I am at work and will reply when I get home in four hours.
Seeing that no one is posting I am going to assume interest has been lost.
This makes me very sad because I worked a while on the storyline for this rp. If anyone wants to continue this as a 1x1 please let me know.

I am in fact considering leaving rpg. Until I make my final decision I will not be joining or starting any more group rps. If I do any at all it will be 1x1 over pm.
I am waiting for @Saltwater Thief to post before I do
@Kitty@Legion02@2plus2isnot5
As neither of the above players have replied or posted you may NPC their characters in order to move the story along.
@Zahrale *hugs*

@SashaKitty@RisenSun

please post by the end of today. If you don’t then your characters will be NPC’d in order to move the story along.

They would find a place in his house? What did that mean? What kind of ‘place’? Did he have other wives already? Was there a chance he would not take her to his bed? Perhaps she would just be a servant?
The hope she felt was almost painful. Amalia was live out her life happily as no more than a servant if it meant -

A sudden commotion took her from her thoughts as fresh fear rushed through her. What was happening? Unconsciously she moved closer to her new ‘husband’, seeking protection from whatever was happening.

Amalia’s head turned frantically, trying to watch all angles at once. A drunken Drakken, whose appearance seemed more animal from the blood and mud on his body, leered at her before shouting “boo!” And laughing when she jumped away from his horrid smell.

A small cry escaped her throat and Amalia grabbed her husband’s arm in fear. She held on tightly with both hands, shaking like a new born lamb. She hated it here. She hates the noise and the smell and the lewd jests. She hated the smoke and the blood and the fear choking her.
Pressing her face against Wilhelm’s arm Amalia prayed once again that soon she could leave this place and never return. It crossed her mind that he might be angry at her for hiding at his side. But she would apologize and take whatever punishment he wished to give later. For now she would seek refuge in her new husband.

The woman was clearly becoming annoyed with her. Elsa couldn’t help her own irritation rising as well. Yes she was asking questions, getting clarification. What did the woman expect? Elsa had just nearly avoided becoming a personal slave and whipping boy to a bitch with delusions of grandeur. She wanted to learn as much as possible to avoid screwing up again.

“I meant to find out who I take my orders from and what I was to do now, but I can see I am bothering you. Thank you for your help. I will not waste any more of your time,” Elsa said, her former expressionless demeanor returning. This was what she was used to : people eventually getting tired of you and casting you aside. It was textbook what happened to nearly every child in the foster care system. You were ultimately disposable, by your caregivers and by society.

“I suppose I will just play until I am told to do something,” she mused aloud before going back to the piano. Sitting, she began playing a haunting melody that echoed through the halls.

Copper made small gurgling noises at the sound of Sam’s voice. His breathing was shallow as the fever increased...
Slate seemed to notice his brither’s distress because he came over and nudged him with his rostrum, trying to get him to move.

The baby dolphin squealed in alarm, struggling to get away from the strange human who had caught her. She squealed for her momma, using the signature whistle unique to her that her momma would identify over all other calves.

But no matter how loudly she squeaked her momma didn’t come. The human was talking, but the calf didn’t understand. It was just gravely noise to her. Her heart was beating wildly with fear.

Charlie was waiting for Josh at the turtle area when Max’s message came through. Another calf?! What the hell?!

“Change of plans, Josh meet me at the dock ASAP!” Charlie shouted through the radio and took off running.
A baby dolphin without a mother was very very bad. Either something had happened to mom or it had been abandoned for some reason, usually illness. Charlie grabbed a sheet made of lightweight thin foam. It helped keep the animals damp while out of the water while blocking out light and noise. Sometimes if you covered an animal’s eyes it would calm down.
