I have a Character Skeleton for you to play with, if you want to. You might not want to do too much in the biography section, though, until I have the OOC ready and up.

I think you're misunderstanding me. I am not unhappy with how quickly things happened IC (In Character). I'm unhappy with how quickly it happened IRL (In Real Life). The point I was making was that thirty posts had been made while I was asleep (and unless you expect me to just not sleep at all, I have to sleep at night). The fact was that I had no oppotunity to actually be part of what happened. Making them fail and have to try again is a nice thought, but it does not change the fact that my character would have acted differently in the situation he was put in (which means, he would have actually done something).

The point is that everything happened in a short amount of time in the real world.

This is why I complained a bit after the first night (night for me) the IC had been up. Fourteen posts had been made in one night and even though nothing had really happened in those fourteen posts, it was still a bad omen for me. And, as it turns out, I was right.

I'm not coming back for the simple reason that you guys are all still going to post during my nights and I can make one post for every thirty of yours.
Oh. how lovely. I'll start working on OOC details, then. Might take a couple of days, though. Feel free to give your input on ... stuff.
I love it when I find another stalker/lurker. I'll be clicking into their profile all the time, checking to see if they're posting somewhere else and wondering why they aren't responding to my useless ranting xD
Humans have always been known to fear what they do not understand and we all know that as well as these "superhumans" would have. It would not take long for someone to realize that they were different and most people tend to try and hide their differences. In a world where people get murdered for something as simple as what football/soccer team they like, their sexuality or their political beliefs, no one would want to stand out and shout about having "magical" powers. Besides, we are all taught about the witch burning back in the day from a relatively young age.

But no, I was thinking it would be more like an instinct than an actual fear. Like how birds instinctively fly away whenever something comes close to them or how we instinctively draw away from something that hurts.
Well... I guess I use all my luck finding the four-leaved clovers. Or maybe luck doesn't like that I feed the clovers to my guniea pig.

Great to hear you're around and waiting. I'm actually making another RP (yay for me *derpface*) so I might be as stalk-y about this one, at least for a few days (the reason I'm always shown as offline=I didn't want people knowing that I was actually online all day, being a stalker). I'm still here, though, and I'll still leap into acton to post at any given oppotunity (fingers itching to write and drooling like a fat virgin teenager at a nude beach in europe (Which is not as great as it sounds; it's all fat germans))...
The OOC is up for this already

You know how something can be “Underground” without actually being under ground, as in below the surface? Well, we're doing such a thing. The world is changing. War is being fought. Well, you can hardly call what happened to our home a “war”, really. The Crusaders just took it all and made it theirs; all because of that damned leader of theirs.

Oh, you haven't heard, have you? About their leader? Don't worry, I'll fill you in.

His name is a mystery; even to the government he felled. They say he's a super-human, though. He makes those … things, the Crusaders wear; their armor and weapons and all that. They say he can build anything out of scrap metal, just by thinking about it. He calls himself “God”; explains why he chose the name “Crusaders” for his soldiers, huh?

You wonder what this has to do with being underground? It's simple, really. We never go the chance to fight the war before it was over, so now we're gonna fight. Anyone can join us. We're the “Liberation Front” … I'm still thinking for a name for us. Anyways, I figured that if he can be a super-human, then maybe there's others, too. Maybe there's tons of them out there and they're just afraid that the world will hate them. I mean, he's obviously been around for a while; he's not exactly an infant. If you know any, send them to me. If you know anyone else who wants to fight, send them to me. If you want to fight, you're welcome, too.

So, are you going to join me?
Just a silly little idea I got. With a bit of work, I could make it into something great, I think.
The point is not that I can only post once a day; I could post much more if I was actually here when other people are posting. Unfortunately, I am not. That fact that pisses me off is that so much happened in so little IRL time and not only that, but everything was done without a care for the people who were not online and thus not posting.

For example:
In one of Zordon's posts, Luci(ana) sits down next to my character (Guitar Guy).
Zordon said
Luciana watched as more of the men in the room began to gravitate towards the small group in the corner, leaning around an image one of the men had been working on when she first entered. Her attention drifted to the bookshelf off to the left, her face lighting up as she excitedly rose from her chair and strode across the room. Without a second thought, she grabbed a book from the top shelf, turning her attention to the man plucking the strings of a guitar. She smirked, tilting her head to the side, listening to the soft rise and fall of the melody.

Carrying the book close to her chest, she strides over to the red haired man and lowers herself beside him without a word. She knew she'd never be able to concentrate on reading with music playing in the background. But it was not unpleasant and so, she decided to enjoy it for the time being. She could always read back in her cell.

The annoying clack of boots broke her attention up and towards the door. Six guards positioned themselves around the room, one of them grumbling that half of the 'monsters' in the room shouldn't have been given permission to be there, arguing to himself about stupid humanity laws. Her eyes recognized Jared, posted closest to the door. Why were they in here? Were they going to rough them all up? Luciana sincerely hoped not.

Now, that is all fine and dandy and surely, Sissy would have something to say to this lovely young woman who came to sit by his side, but alas, he never did get the cahnce, because I (the Player) was asleep while this went down.

Now, taking into account that he burned down his neighborhood the last time he was put in an extremely stressful position and his powers were awakening with ferocity that made him nervours and/or stressed, a full blown fight going on right in front of him would have pretty much made him explode. But no, I (the Player) was asleep and thus, he has no choice but to idly sit by through the whole thing.

Stuff like that.

And the fact that all of this went down without a regard of the Players that might have wanted to be part of all this actually does make you bad RPers. You might be great writers, what do I know, but roleplaying takes teamwork and teamwork means you have to wait for the fat kid with astma.

You get my point?
You're right, though. People do get worse. There are abour a handful of good RPers left of RPG and well... you can't always get lucky.

.:EDIT:.

Like, five hours later xD
Anyways, I realized (yes, I only just realized) that you wrote that you cannot call people "Bad Writers". Well, you're not! You're calling them bad RPers. They might be great writers for all we know, when they're writing alone. But being an RPer means you have to know how to work as a team and let the fat kid with astma and a clumpy foot kick the ball once in a while *Danes make fottball/soccer jokes all the time*
So... Who's up?

I was in another roleplay. They posted thirty times while I was sleeping and toitally ignored the exsistance of my character through the entirety of a very important scene, forcing him to be an idiot on the sidelines, even though that was clearly not how he would have done things, based on his personality and all... Now I only have this and you guys. It really amazes me how bad people can be at roleplaying, sometimes. I had an RP back when I first started RPing (eight years ago) in the Free section (which was called the Beginner section back then and I made Mahz change that (well, I started it, anyways. other people backed me up)) and really, that was more advanced than the RP I just dropped from.
