Natalie found herself sorting through the thousands of questions she had in her mind, trying to decide which ones were most important and which could wait. She didn't want to waste too much of Thelma's time.
"Okay, first off, am I going to stay sixteen forever?" She asked, looking down at herself. Previously she had been so excited to finally be an adult, to go off and do what she wanted, when she wanted. She didn't know if that was ever going to happen.
"Also, these fangs..." She said, running her tongue over them.
"Can I ever put them away? Or are they always there?" She asked. Natalie's fangs weren't big at all, probably baby fangs in vampire terms, but they wouldn't go away. She wanted to ask about the thirst, if it ever went away. It was so intense all the time, sometimes it was like she could see the blood rushing through a persons veins. She hated it. But she was too embarrassed to ask straight away.
