Is There Such a Thing as a "Good" RP?

while i feel like i couldn't give my opinion on the idea that there is a thing as a good RP (Mostly due to that i share an opinion with most everyone here and that is, that it is subjective) however i feel like i can give my two cents to the idea that RP is Art. And when i mule it over then yes RPing is an Art in the fact that is like video games (it's an interactive form of Art) and Like books (it's an written form of Art) and such you could categorize it as a form of Art

Powers(can't be op.): THE OVERDRIVE is an engine that is embedded into Joseph's heart that allows him better control over his powers, Which consist of controlling four specific elements: Plants, Electricity, Water and Light. he can only use plants at all time, the other's he has to manually switch over to use, though electricity is usually the one he has switched to at all time.

Plants allows Joseph to create thorn covered vines from his hands to use as whips. Electricity allows Joseph to create projectiles, a shield and lets him attach himself to any metallic surface through magnets, he can send them traveling through the vines, Joseph is commonly using electricity which is why he is so proficient at using it.

Water allows him to create bubbles that act as bombs or mines and are able carry any of the other three elements, Water+Plants= when this bubble is popped then one who pops it will be wrapped in vines. Water+Electricity= this bubble when thrown at someone will stick to them before blowing up, which will cause the victim's muscles to spasm and cramp. Water+Light=this bubble acts as a Flashbang and does no damage instead it is used to blind the enemy.

Light gives Joseph the ability to fire concussive beams at his enemies. Joseph is able to switch elements through the muscles in his fingers, his fingers must be in a certain position for him to switch between elements.

Looks: stands at 6'6 with a wide muscular build. THE OVERDRIVE engine is located in the middle of his chest and it gives of light glow that is visible through his shirt.

Description: Joseph tends to be quite confident in his ability to defeat any opponent. he tends to judge people upon their souls (As in the person) not who they might work for. Joseph is known to flirt and despite his claims of trying to live up to the gentleman lifestyle he has his perverted streak though nothing severe and he tends to get flustered if one is to bring up any of his perverted antics.

On another site (the same one with the admin problem) i had been roleplaying in a multi-fandom RP and every thing was going wrong for me and the other players continuously and figuratively rub salt into my wounds with the gm mentioning me and telling another player to kill my character while i did drop the RP recently it's still kind of dick move

Personality: Trash is a dog he likes to do dog things, for example he likes to protect his belongings. he likes to attack Thieves and he likes to dismember thieves. Likes to chew on heavy metal objects and bones of thieves.

Good/Evil/Neutral: Neutral (You Can't Really Place a Dog on a Morality scale)

Weaknesses: Very GRIM is just as likely to attack allies (if they touch his stuff) as he is to attack enemies

Strengths: Trash is very protective of anything he considers his. Trash is immune to fire

Power (If Monster.): Trash is a hunter and his powers reflect that fact with him able become invisible to stalk prey and visit the human world during the day. super strength for carrying larger pray and objects can carry things up to 25 tons. Trash's sense are extremely heightened. Trash is able to go from 0 to 60 in 2.5 seconds and his top speed is hundred miles per hour.
