Sooo, with all the options available I thought of a multitude of characters that all seem interesting. But how can I play as all of them without convoluting the thread? Card Spirit Summoning! My character has a deck of heroes/legends and he can switch between them!!!
Well since they are legends it would be too OP to have them full power so they are limited by the power of my character and their stamina.
What do you think?@Famotill

Edit: He uses a card to merge with it, changing his outer appearance and powers matching that of the heroes.

Oh please please please you gotta let me in. Can I use some elements from different classes? Like different spells from different classes of school and maybe have 1 or 2 fighting styles, 1 with swords and 1 hand to hand?

So basically to know some force magic(push,pull,choke...), some lightning(from fingertips only), some vague prophetic powers(guidance seems close enough), some illusion(suggestion, calm, fear)

And for fighting styles I was thinking dual lightsaber wielding berserker and if hand to hand some form of combat that is brute focusing in heavy strike or grabs that lead to finishing moves.

I'm going somewhere with this..

@Ambra So just wanted to ask, how are tomes created, what makes them have magical powers? The material that constructs it, the writing, the power of the one who writes it, the ink used to write it? Are they special for each person or some are mass printed?

Relatively Generic Medieval Fantasy

I've been wanting to do my quest somewhere. Short story long it is about the War of Purity headed by the Church vs the demon armies. We are all in the final stages of the war where we gather a group of warriors from different lands, heroes blessed by the power of the Goddess to protect us from taint and repel demons away. It doesn't work with all but most of them will steer clear of our group as we traverse through demon territory.

We all also have a medallion that we can use to hide our presence when we want to sneak past the demonic creatures since as I said earlier the power bestowed to us by the Goddess is like a beacon. But the longer you keep the medallion active the more stamina it uses so we can't just sneak all the way to the throne of the Demon King.

These were the basics of the premise. The whole journey starts in the kingdom of Alderan which is a citadel located in the outermost reaches of the free human occupied territories. That is where we all gather before the Queen who is currently leading the country instead of the King which is bed ridden with a serious illness. The Royal advisor, my character, will be the guide for the group within the Tainted Lands. But our departure doesn't go smoothly as we uncover the plot that is brewing within the kingdom which will ultimately bring its downfall if ignored resulting in a major loss for the free human territories group as they lose their main defense structure against the Tainted Land Armies.

Let's B!tch. I feel it's a healthy release for our roleplay annoyances 2.0

Ahem, I hate it when people come to RPs and ask stuff like "can I do this, what about playing as this or that" and they go on with that even after you say no, trying to find a new angle or loophole to get their idea through or part of that idea even when you clearly detest it and tell them that.

I mean, if it says "no magic" in the description stop trynna make your character do "special moves" and "techniques" that clearly surpass and ignore some of the universal laws like gravity or inertia.
