I've heard from the GM this this thread is actually cancelled, as of April 1st 2016. They say they're sorry to have wasted all of your time.

Shinobu
[Ryuudou Temple]

Shinobu regards Lú Qiūyuè with some feigned feigned caution, all the while her body remains in a perfect, casual posture, her breathing even and controlled. She could tell at a glance that the girl had some sort of Martial Arts experience, definitely more than Shinobu herself. Just my luck, I have to tumble into the one Master that's a Shaolin Monk.

"Well, they'll just have to work do time being." She comments plainly to her Servant, almost automatically and without taking her thoughts away from her target new friend. "We don't exactly have a warm, happy home base to return to, Mister Jackson."

Her eyes focus back in on the girl in front of her, and she returns her formal greeting with a half-bow of her own. "The pleasure is mine, Miss Master. And, to answer your question about my readiness: I meant this," she gestures down at her shirt. "I was planning on letting us continue our conversation after I was dressed up to, er, standards." She gazes at the chinagirl meaningfully, before thoughtfully tapping her finger against her chin and verbally considering their options.

"Perhaps, we could change locations and talk over the possibilities of extending our alliance, or maybe even just share some information, if you'd be willing. It seems the both of us have just arrived, so it might be in our best interests to try and gain every advantageous tidbit we can take. What do you think? I'm sure magi of our caliber," she nods perceptibly towards her Servant, "would have no trouble convincing the temple folk here to allow us to stay."

"I'm sure our Servants would like some time to properly acclimate themselves to their new environments, as well~" she adds, as a cheerful after-thought. For the time being, she was avoiding directly involving her Servant in the proceedings: She didn't know how capable he would be in a diplomatic situation. He was an Archer, so this change of scenery could only benefit him, in her mind.
Is nobody going to steal the 600th post? I applaud you. You're all far more mature than myself.
Shinobu

Just when it seemed like things were progressing fairly well, her Servant had to speak up. Again. Internally, Shinobu was forced to utter a sigh of absolute exasperation at the simple fact that: No matter where she was, incompetence just had a way of finding her. It was a goddamn gift. On the outside, however, her expression remained largely unchanged, save for perhaps a slight frown appearing at the edge of her lips.

"That is a very... honest introduction there, Mister Jackson."

...

"Well," she starts as she begins walking in the direction of her own summoning circle, head now facing towards the now-friendly Master with whom she was speaking. "I suppose we have a truce for the time being, so it doesn't matter too much. Just, allow me to get changed, quickly, and then we can talk."

She stops, just on the edge of the area between her small clearing and the stranger's. "Right, I guess I should introduce myself as well. My name is Aisaka Shinobu," she nods towards her Servant as well, introducing herself formally for the first time to the both of them. "Shinobu is fine."

With that as her exiting lines, Shinobu promptly heads to the ground next to her Magic Circle, eyes drifting across the markings nostalgically. She remembered when she sat there, hope in her heart for summoning a useful, non-slappy Servant. Her face stings from the memory. With these happy thoughts in mind, she quickly opens up her Rucksack and pulls out an actual shirt.

While she changes, Shinobu takes the time to communicate mentally with her Servant. <Not the way I expected the the first minute of the war to turn out... but we can make it work. Just a quick question, Mister Jackson. Is your Noble Phantasm strong enough to close the gap between your capabilities and the knight's? Only after the truce is off, of course. I'm not very well suited for a fight in such close proximity, anyways.>

"Okay!" She calls aloud this time, obviously speaking to her hopefully-still temporary allies. "I'm ready!"
Little known strategy: If you reveal your true name right off the bat, the enemies will become confused and not be able to attack you.

You should all try it.
Sorry if I missed anything. I made that post in literally the 10 minutes before I had to go head out for work.

I should be more active over the weekend. So, no more day-long waits~!
Shinobu
[Ryuddou Temple]

The world was spinning. Her head hurt. Her hand hurt. Ow. The war wasn't supposed to be like this at all. Why did her Servant slap her? Things are moving too quickly. Who's this knight-looking guy in front of me? Oh god is that another Servant? Normally, under a tense set of circumstances, Shinobu would be the type to act quickly. However, the sheer ridiculousness of the situation had caught her off guard, so she was struck silent for a moment.

In the next moment, she acted purely on instinct. It was a tactic as old as time, that she had used to avoid trouble from her parents more times than she could count.

"Ahh, Sorry~!" She makes an apologetic smile and steadies herself upright, making a slight bow in the direction of the woman she had barreled over. Her glance moves to the knight, and then back to her Servant, frowning. "Might you be..." She trails off, her expression thoughtful, while she desperately tries to come up with a way to escape the situation.

Finally, she decides on the best choice. Hopefully, her Servant had the brains to play along. "...a fellow Master?" She finishes, with a questioning tilt of the head. Her expression still contained faint echoes of confused innocence, but she seemed to be getting a better grasp of the situation. She shoots a glance at her own Servant, wondering why he hadn't spoken up, before quickly using Master's Clairvoyance to try and get an idea of the knight's capabilities. What she saw wasn't promising.

She pauses.

What has everyone been saying about her clothes? She didn't really see a problem with them, but this man looked like the religious type, one of those crusaders or whatever they were called. So, she should probably change into something more chaste if the two of them were going to get along.

"I have extra clothes in my bag, back in the other clearing. Would you-" she looks at the girl, who was obviously a Master, "like to, maybe, have a short truce? I'm sure neither of us want to have to fight immediately after summoning our Servants. I surveyed the area before coming here, so I doubt we'll be interrupted here. What do you say?"
@Lonewolf685 I only said it might interrupt the summoning ritual. I didn't say anything about it interrupting the summoning.
Are you implying that this isn't an alliance waiting to happen?

EDIT: If vFear has any problem with this turn of events, or if they want to clarify the location of their character in relation to mine, they are free to do so.
vFear isn't even my master, and I feel like calling BS on the explosive loli projectile. She was by the lake on one side of the mountain and the monk was in the woods on another.

Still I applaud the ruthlessness, and Andrew Jackson's reaction being hilarious in a spontaneous way, but it seems a bit soon for the cheap shots

vFear went up the stairs to the temple, and then went into the woods. Presumably in a direction not towards the stairs, where she just came from, which would be the opposite side of the mountain.

I don't know, man. I think my flying loli strategy is pretty on point.
