Okay so I feel like since we've started talking about the world I should write up a bit. Sorry this is a rather large amount of text :P There's a lot more but this is a good bit of info for now.

We are currently in Lysithea, a country primarily of mages and elves. Titania is the capitol city, which we are currently in. It's pretty large, but other than it this country doesn't have huge cities. Thus, it's very much a market town where people come to buy and sell mostly magic goods. Potions, enchanted items, spellbooks, etc. are easily found here but they do wind up costing a pretty penny due to travel fares and such. It's on the southern coast of this part of the continent. The queen of Lysithea is named Verene Lysithe. Since about the wars end the countries of Lysithea and Arana, the vampire's country in the Frozen North, have been at odds due to the way the war's captives were handled. Thus, the country as a whole tends to despise vampires. Lysithea covers most of the Whispering Plains. The Amalthea Forest mentioned in the post is right next to the Lysithean Palace, which is actually a slight ways from Titania. To get to the palace from Titania you may either take the road to Io or the road to Luna, and then the road to the palace from there.
Places the Goblins are probably close enough to attack if he was on the Titania side of the forest are: Titania, Luna, Io, Sinope, and the Palace

To the north of Lysithea is Gemini, a country ruled by two rulers, one elected and one born in. Currently the elected one is Marc Vanisles, and the born in one is Suzanne Fairday. Gemini tends to be more accepting of other races than Lysithea, but it still is mostly made up of mages, elves, and dwarves, especially since it bans the blood trade so no vampires can live within Gemini if they have human slaves from whom they drink, they must sustain themselves some other way. Since most vampires have grown accustom to fresh blood since the war, they mostly just stay in their own country. Gemini overlaps a tiny portion of the Whispering Plains at its sourthern border, but it's mostly hills and mountains. Slightly north east of the capital city of Sarin, there is a mountain range known as The Towering Mountains, where a large amount of dwarves live.

Arana, the vampires' country, is north of Gemini, and is a frigid wasteland (hence The Frozen North). It's a lot like Russia in the way they have tons of land but also tons of ice and snow. The country is primarily made up of vampires and humans, vampires because they tend to be the only ones who can stand the cold without turning to popsicle and humans because of the blood trade. If you're a human and you enter this country, beware of the Snatchers. Snatchers are vampires who kidnap humans they find running around and sell them to blood trade auctioneers to be sold. Veri is the capitol of Arana, and is on the part of the southern border that borders the swamplands. The rulers of this country tend to rule for hundreds of years at a time, yet also tend to be some of the shortest lived vampires due to assassinations. Most vampires can live for thousands of years provided they never are intentionally killed or do not wish to call it quits, but due to the fact the rule of a vampire monarch lasts so long the monarchs are often killed after a while. Anyway, the current monarch of Arana is Cosette Asterfel.
Sitting in the lawyer's office in Titania, Iris the Bard looked at the diary and studied what was written about the goblin. She thought it was odd that the goblin was alone, but knew the man was correct in the feeling of it being an omen. The only time a goblin would really be alone was if they had been sent to scout out a place that was to be attacked. Also, the fact the goblin had attacked the man worried her even more, for it would only have done so if the whole clan of goblins was becoming aggressive. She had heard stories of goblin attacks, and they were not pretty.

Standing up she looked at the others with a serious gaze, "Goblins are planning an attack somewhere between here and the Amalthea Forest, and considering this is pretty close to the palace I don't really think the Queen would really like that. I bet you the guards or someone would pay to have us put the goblins in their place. How about it?"

Iris paused for a moment and thought of the songs and stories she had heard about goblins. "We'll know when they're about to attack if we see red smoke. Other than that I can't remember too much about goblin fighting. In any case, up to see if anyone is interested in our services?"
"What was weird about the goblins attack" roll
(I messed up on the dice roll. It should have been 2d6+1 not +5, so the real roll was 10. I still get the 3 questions though)

1. What there is not what it is supposed to be?
2. What should I be on the lookout for?
3. What is about to happen?
So it looks like we'll have a fighter, a druid, a paladin, a bard, and whatever Nat is? Sounds like a pretty well rounded group to me and that should be our max five.

Edit: But, the first five to put up their sheets get the slots, so it is dependent upon sheets, not just saying "I'll play."

I will take a look at this and butcher Geckle accordingly.Ok, so the CS looks a bit nicer now and Geckle looks even uglier (I think, might need to be updated for halfling appearance). Hopefully we'll be able to copy BB code soon. I... Guess I'll just use Google and the rolling guide that's here to help me with the RP format.

Looks good to me :) I'll add it to the second post.
So I tweaked the first and second posts a bit. I rearranged things, added rules, and goals. I also added an example of a complete cs and tweaked the blank CSs to be more clear. I also added a physical description section to the CSs.
Anywho, I should mention Turt and I are co-GMing. I'm more in charge of the world and stuff and he's more in charge of mechanics.

I'll probably give a lot more detail about the world for anyone who cares to read it. I think it'd matter most to my character in general though, since I'm the bard.
I think I'll reserve Bard.
I feel like this should go in the suggestions section, myyt. I like the idea, and it'd get more serious attention there.
