I decided for the location of the group to be in the United States, Mid-California to precise, New Lights has a high Japanese population and has a popular Japanese district called Sukoshi Nihon which is classified as the fourth official Japantown in the United States.
I made the setting take place in the United States because I always feel the setting always take place in Japan a bit weird and to let more varied character be able to join. And there will be plot reasons for the location later in the RP.
And also Shiro is accepted!

While the limit is for a short time atm, but ultimately since there 22 arcanas available I would love to be completely even or at least not terribly uneven (14 guys and 8 girls, for example), so yeah, you can make a male character, Phantom Wanderer.
But after eleven male characters I will restrict it more tightly. For others who wish to join.

I wouldn't find it that weird to have a book as a weapon, since I'm guessing your character won't be in the front lines with her weakness to physical attacks. A book would be be more useful then a sword or axe with her.
If anybody else joins I would request to abstain from making male characters for a short time until the numbers even out a bit! And I shall put up a Arcana List later today.
