Kirkwall, the City of Chains.
Long ago it was part of the imperium, slaves coming from far and wide to work the queries.
But now it’s a free city,
Ironically just a few years ago it was a haven to Templar abuses and Blood magic, but under the rule of Divine Victoria, Kirkwall has become a safe haven for the new mage order.
With renewed vigor it has attracted mages who wanted to make the starting place of the mage rebellion a new home and makes sure the abuses of the past will never happen again.
The locals don’t approved whole heartedly who are still recovering the start of the rebellion.
So due to the tension of mages and locals it has become a hot spot for mercenaries, who are hired by the newly freed mages to keep them safe from mobs or locals to keep an eye out on the mages, whatever the reason many mercenaries flocked to Kirkwall.
But something big will happen, it always does in Kirkwall.
So that’s the idea for the setting, as I said the Rp will involve heavy character influence and player input.
So I have an idea for how the Rp will go, but that could change greatly, so I would love input from you guys, now the rules!
1. The average Casual rules (a paragraph per post, no meta-gaming, no god mod, etc and etc)
2. Two characters per player, (Unlimited Npc, since they are recommended for your character’s quests.)
3. Characters will have quests (can range from many things, like kill everything or find something that’s up to you)
4. My word is law (But if you think something is wrong or unfair just tell me, and be polite about it.)
