I don't know, I think that some of the people who had an interest just haven't been on the forum for a while.
"Oh no." Alan was in a panic.
"Oh no oh no oh no oh no oh no...." Alan burst through the rooms door and looked at it. On it, an electronic display showed the message that would seal Alan's fate:
Lilith Conrad
&
Alan Gulley

Alan walked back into the dorm, dejected by his new roommate's gender.

Lilth had finally caught up to the other Ellexker's. She had been hanging back hoping not to bump into anyone again. As she made her way to the building, she walked in and glanced around. Somewhat humbled by the large place. At any other time and in any other place, she would of been more then happy to socialize, but right now, she didn't feel like it, she felt like curling up in a ball and closing her eyes. She walked along the hall looking for an empty room. The only empty rooms left she could see were some doubles, and she couldn't be bothered looking anymore, so she entered one. Setting herself down on one of the beds against the wall. The room was quite nice, spacious, 1 bathroom though, 2 beds against opposite walls, 2 desks. She sighed and laid back on her bed.

It was on the front of the door, so Alan saw no need to lie.
"Alan. Alan Gulley." he said, siiting on the side of his bed, keeping his eyes on the orange haired girl.
Alan looked around the the platform. He had lagged behind, waiting for everyone to leave, and the Ellexkir platform seemed to be as empty as it would get. From what he had heard from the weird green guy who was in charge and apparently could speak telepathically, the wristbands they were all wearing had maps. Alan pushed a button, a myriad of holographic paths, buildings, and roads popping up, a map of the entire city. One thing that Alan noticed was the unfortunate lack of nearby alleys. Well there goes that plan of action. Alan sighed. Guess I'll have to get a dorm like everybody else. On the map was a path which appeared to match up with green lights on the road. He followed them, eventually getting to the dorms. His first chose was to be away from everyone, so he went to the dorms farthest from the suitcase. That one being taken, he hoped to take the one next to it, until he say the name on the door. No way I'm rooming next to the vanilla she-devil formally known as Aeria. Alan thought. He instead chose a dorm a couple doors away, not paying attention to the what it said on the front. He got in, put down his luggage, happy to get rid of the heavy load, and turned around to see an orange haired girl lying on one of the beds of his new, incidental double room.
Is anybody there, or is this RP dead before it even started?
Where did everybody go?
I'm here
Ya, Alan isn't going to have any friends, is he...

Tollank was finally getting a few moments of rest when he was awoken by someone shouting.Tollank quickly sat up to see the bug faced boy from earlier, standing in the doorway of the traincar. Tollank still didn't know what Leon and Aeria were talking about, but he assumed it was important if it required they went to a less crowded place. And peaches here was gonna mess all of that up. Tollank rose to his feet and walked over to the boy."Hey Peaches, the name's Tollank, My friends here are trying to do a little conversing in private and I don't feel like they would want to be interrupted." Tollank puts his hand on the boy's shoulder, "How about you and I go wait outside, and when they are finished we can come back in and sort all of this out?" Tollank turned his face towards Leon and Aeria, "We will be waiting outside, just come and get us when you two are wrapped up." Gently leading the boy he opens the door of the holocar and steps out into the station. The door clicking behind him, Tollank lets go of the boy. "I don't know what beef you have with Aeria, but I couldn't imagine her hurting anyone, she is way too quiet for that. If you want vanilla so badly I am sure we could find some once we get deeper into town. If Aeira or Leon wants to talk to us then they will come get us," Tollank moves himself in front of the doorway and crosses his arms, "but for now we are gonna wait right here."

Alan turned on the boy, angry at being forcibly taken out of the car.

"Listen, Tollank, or whatever your name is, I'm just trying to figure out where this constant, nauseating smell of vanilla is coming from. And I don't even begin to see why you would be friends with that woman, or any in general. Woman are horrible beings who can't be trusted, and the biggest mistake a man can make is believing that one can show any honest emotions at all!" Alan was shaking, every shouting word filled with hatred. He began to walk back to the luggage "You'll find out pretty soon what it'll get you, I can guarantee that. Meanwhile, I'm going to stay here where I don't have to be near that vanilla-scented filth."
Still waiting, Alan's head lifted up, his mandibles picking up a familiar scent

There it is again! he thought, the smell of vanilla once again in the air. It hadn't killed him earlier, so it probably wasn't poison, but he still wanted to figure out what it was. This time, however, he could track the source of the smell to the next train-car. He walked over to the door, and burst through.

"Okay, what's the deal with all this vanilla!" he shouted, looking around to see the old-timely dressed boy, his eyes then focusing on the girl who had taken the bags earlier.
"Oh, I see you had something to do with it." he said, his voice full of contempt.
Jumbyll leaned back in his chair, three pairs of hands behind his head, two pairs resting on his stomach, a pair of hands in his pockets, a hand repeatedly flipping a copper coin and catching it, and the rest dangling at his side. It was a slow day in his shop on the third tier. He wondered why nobody had come in. While he specialized in making clothes for races that weren't fully humanoid, such as ones with tails, extra limbs like himself, or who's body shape wasn't even close to huanoid, he still had a couple of humans and elves come in for his regular clothing. It wasn't usual for no races of any kind come in. As he focused on the copper coin, going up and down, up and down, his thoughts were interrupted by his dropping of the coin and subsequent falling back onto the ground.

I really should stop leaning back in chairs. he thought, irritated by his genetic stupidity. He got back up and repositioned the chair. He picked up the copper and stashed it in his pocket, sitting back in the chair in an upright position. It wasn't long until he was back in the same position from earlier, leaning back, flipping his coin. It also wasn't long before he dropped the coin again and fell back. Yep, it was going to be a long day.
