Good news to know the La Soul crew could get away before hand. No time or strength to deal with him.
Can I add in the fact that the human/hybrid transformation is the most powerful zoan transformation. And being a mythical zoan user, whatever animal it may be, wouldn't the full transformation be the most powerful form? If this isn't the case I could simply transform into a dragon and slaughter most people in Lougetown.

@BRXVO Is the blood thing, lore friendly?
Hugo would have to spill blood first. This would also mean he'd never die from blood lost. He has no regenerative abilities though. He can just say walk over someone bleeding out and he would make contact with the bio liquid and either form into something on the lines of a sword, axe, or shield. Or just use the blood as a powerful projectile. It's basically water bending without most healing properties. Seeing how it's blood though he can only be supportive due to the amount of blood present in a fight. Only the blood that breaks skin is available. Siphoning blood (drainage) won't be a skill he learns for a while.
@BrodZ11711 I was going to leave it up to you guys to decide. I have to PM Renny to see if Griffin wants to be responsible for Soul's missing arm sometime before the RP. It'll help with character interactions in my opinion. Though if it's The Silver Eyes vs La Soul I'm down with that completely as long as we cause more havoc.
Also, would it be okay to give Hugo (My maniac doctor) a blood centered paramecia. Manipulation of blood basically, form weapons and other constructs, etc. It'd be useful and epic with all the blood spattered on the field
