The point-buy part looks good to me, but I think you forgot to add your racial bonuses for being human. xD

Humans get a +1 to all ability scores. Don't short-change yourself. ;o

Why use torches for light? What poor sod thought that would ever catch on?!

No, you use torches because they are on fire and scare things that don't like fire!

I do find it hilarious that the only one who doesn't have darkvision, and can't see by moonlight with low-light vision, threw away the torch.
