Although i was thinking a lot of things were more like a versatile machine i guess she could be considered a nuker still. Just a very versatile one like breeze would be more effective against airborne, and rock vise versa.
Their would also be unique as mind would be more offensiv, and body would be more defensive.

How about this idea then.
Hot,Cold,Wet,Rock,Breeze,Poison, Plant, Bright, Dim, Mind, and Body.
All of these are little symbols she can draw in a coloring book, and she was a artist in her previous life.
Threw the combination of these she cast spells, although the more there are the harder it is to activate, and draw. The more complicated words are also harder to activate and draw.
The better the drawing the more likely it is to work, and the more powerful the spell.
This allows for a bit of comic relief, cute loli is cute factor, and gives her that feel off burstyness as she can keep a certain amount of spells stored in her coloring book.

Also wait you're saying no to the most basic anti-mage spell in existence. I know it was worded so it seemed like it was in a instant, but silencing is very important in mage on mage combat.

Also I'm not sure how to explain Pool of dread, but it doesn't give it to her. It stores it as energy for the trigger of another spell hitting it. It's kinda like how gasoline causes breathing troubles, but it isn't really a problem till it gets lit the other spells are like a match.
