Type of Government: Constitutional Monarchy
Description of Government: Based on the Ideals of duty,honor and loyalty the republic little and offers much. While everyone is expected to serve the nation to some degree, from volunteering time to send soldiers cards and gifts to enlisting and serving in the military. Although this is expected the government shows it thanks by ensuring its people have, at the very least, the bare necessities to survive.

Commonly called "Grunts" The Grunts are the republic's main fighting force. Making up 75% of the Paltus military, these men and women are shield that protects the republic. Charged with protecting the few planets of the republic.
If the Army is the shield then the Marines are the sword.
