Personality: Cameron is loud, boisterous, and rude to anyone that he comes into contact with. Extremely social, and loves to talk constantly. While he's initially calm, quiet, and nice to those whom he talks to when he knows that he won't meet again, when he becomes annoyed, the horns rear. He becomes obnoxious, insulting with rapid succession. He's selfish, hating to share with generally anyone, and he loves to gloat. Now, that's not to say that he can't be polite or kind in any way, the few friends he has are treated highly well for being able to tolerate him. Although this doesn't always extend to everyone. Only a select few.
Powers: Cam has the ability to localize energy near to him and create eruptions which can disrupt the area, or cause damage to an enemy. The eruptions can cause anything from a bit of smoke to a large crater, depending on the focus and concentration put into the localization. He can localize it into a living being, IF he has its permission. Cameron can connect himself to energy around him, which allows him to speak to animals and such that don't speak English so that he can ask them to use their energy or to fight for him.
Equipment: Specialized Hilts- Cameron has custom-made metal alloy hilts which he can use to localize energy into the form of blades. It's his most common form of close combat, and one of the few things he carries on his general person at all times.
Multi-Purpose Boots- Cameron's boots have been outfitted to change between several presets depending on the situation. They can be boots, sneakers, rollerskates, rollerblades, jet shoes, and traction shoes. (Used to defy friction and gravity to stay in place almost anywhere.)
Genetic Modification- Cam could never stand the idea of wearing armor underneath his typical clothing, so he got an operation that allows him to harden the energy in his own skin to make natural armor. He can't do this without preparation, meaning he can't randomly spring this on an enemy right before an attack hits.
Stylish Rag- Cam's clothing that he refuses to let anyone tell him is unethical to wear.
Skills/Special Abilities: Cam is very good at schmoozing, something that makes him a pretty likable guy to those that don't actually know him. He, through several years of study, learned how to read someone's energy and physical signs about them and items they carry to use the science of deduction. He can tell age, marriage, happiness, what job you frequent, a lot of things.
Background: Cameron was raised in a very zen environment, by two heroic parents. While he, at the time, never really showed any signs of exact heroism, he always looked up to his parents and enjoyed the stories that they told him. Cam was trained from an early age to hopefully become a hero. He was taught deduction, fighting, and many various other things. The issue was that Cam wasn't a very good hero. He had issues keeping his selfish tendencies to himself, and usually demanded rewards for helping out with something. One day, his parents died. No, they weren't killed by anyone, nor were they even attacked. The culprit was a fatal disease that had them sick in the hospital for weeks before they finally keeled over. Cam shed tears over their deaths, even if he didn't particularly subscribe to their methods. Instead of giving up, and crying all the time, and becoming a shell of his former self, Cameron threw himself into work. He set his goal to be come one of the best heroes man's ever heard of.

Persona: A quiet ditz that has a tendency to take jabs at Cam. (Insult fights are a common occurrence between the two.)
Features: Basic Internet connection, a nice database of animals and people that he can access by facial, footprint, fingerprint, tracks, or things of that matter with a scan. It has an energy meter which Cam uses to both time and calculate the damage of one of his localizations. It also allows him to see the amount of life energy left in an animal he's borrowing from. And music. Because Cam won't go without it.
