No, sorry. The suit in the standard Moderator's gear, and it's built the way it is so that when a new Moderator replaces an old one, they still look as though they could be the same person, maintaining the image that the Moderators are invincible and keeping the public calm and safe-feeling.
By the way, Scarifar, I love the way you describe the Moderator outfit.

I suppose that's fine, sure: But keep in mind that sensation of ecstasy that Oliver felt during his transformation was meant to prevent freak outs. It's a fail-safe system put in so a Moderator won't panic when they're plunged into action, at least not mid-transformation.
