• Moved to Seattle at the age of 16 with his family due to his fathers work.
• Has a degree in environmental science.
• Works as a Park Ranger.
• His parents provide bought him a high end apartment which he lives in alone.
• Has a younger brother who is a police officer.
• Long term girlfriend died four years previously.

Friendship & Affection: Angel's telepathic ability allow the pair to communicate on a level that transcends a simple pet and owner relationship. Angel is one of Leo's closest friends and is highly protective of him. However once she realises that someone is no threat to him she calms down and becomes very friendly. Each would risk their life for the other if needed.

History:
• Lived together for a year.
• Have had a few battles with mixed results.
• Angel stopped Leo getting mugged by two men once by emitting the long fabled "brown" note causing the muggers bowels to open involuntarily.

Trivia:
• Loves heavy metal.
• Has completely retained his Welsh accent.

Prologue:
• Working one day he started to hear a high pitched noise that gave him a headache.
• After spend thirty minutes trying to find it he found Angel with a damaged wing.
• At first she tried to defend herself but eventually let him take care of her.
• She recovered after two weeks and then revealed her telepathic capabilities.
• The two have been inseparable since.
• Angel was spotted by a neighbour who then approached Leo and directed him to the underground.
• The pair have been active in the underground for a couple of months and have found Angel to be a willing participant in battles.
