The bombard wasn't long due to the fact there wasn't much shooting back before the tanks began moving, this time those who broke off were also pushing forward from their position. Everything seemed tense, like they were going through the eye of the storm and the other end was going to be just as bad, but only time could tell as the gap between the tank division and the unknown contact began to diminish. "Jesus we're gonna need some help out here if we keep getting this kind of heat..." Phillip muttered before looking over his shoulder at the other tank that was to follow him, the tank commander taking a moment to survey the damage on that thing. Atleast it's running and shooting.
The man the girl grabbed listened to her intently before she turned to run off. "Hey hold up we-!" His plea was unheard and he was left with a dilemma to either stay and take up her plan or return to his squad leader. Behind him there was the destruction the decepticon was making, and he knew running back would endanger the woman. It was time to suck it up and be a soldier.
The combat medic continued to fire until the decepticon took a shot his direction, the blast causing him to be knocked off his boots and onto his back inside the store as dust kicked up around him. The shockwave was rather disorienting, and the shrapnel left some injuries behind that could keep him out of the fight as an active combatant, but these results were better than loosing one's life, after all.
Konrad watched as the decepticon and glanced over at the store before he took up the used rocket launcher and ran over towards the dust, not pausing to let it settle. Moments later the other rifleman was on his way to help out with damage control. Once they were both there the sergeant placed the rocket launcher on the floor then went to help the down combat life saver. "Alright stay here with the other guys Kelly. I am going back out there." The squad leader said before he started after the one who pretty much tore his squad apart. It wasn't hard to follow the destruction Quake made in his path and when he finally reached the thing he slid across the dirt road behind a crushed car to work on his radio. "Wardog to all friendly call signs we are in trouble. I don't know what to call this thing but it took out my entire squad if there's anyone available to help out this is a call for aid." The man reported before he got back up to wave the last available man over, the one who helped ((or was helped)) by the girl. The two got together, then they moved towards the decepticon for round two.
