I too have made another RP! One with a apocalypse twist to it ^.^
Good to hear. Keep in mind those who are joining have an influence in the RP. Don't be afraid to put in suggestions!
It is the weekend, afterall. RPs are slowest on weekends

Hello, old chap. I'm interested in this :)

Glad to have ya!
You know I am on stand by XD
I was thinking Marshals like from the wild west. If people prefer Ranger then we shall have Ranger! =D While we can add more groups I can try my best to control them, but they'll be Rped only when they appear near a roleplayer.

This is the culture melting pot known as America so I have no issues with any kind of char. Sure there would be terrorist cells. Heck, according to the lore it was the middle east that started the nuclear fire.

Thanks soo much for considering this Rp, guys. I'll try my best to mix everything together and not let you all down.. I WILL WARN EVERYONE I WILL BE GONE NEXT WEEKEND, but I can probably set up an OOC before that time comes!
I was thinking while most of the population kept underground, some ventured to the surface to try and challenge the dangers in order to find a new home. With that comes factions ((You know, the Nazis, the communists, etc.)) and they eventually [[like in ze lore]] begin to wage combat against eachother. I was thinking of having a faction that was pretty much The Order in the metro plot, but instead of calling them Rangers we can be more 'murican and call them Marshals XD.

Nuclear war might be the best way to pop this RP off, it leaves a lot of stuff behind that could be used for.. 'spiritual' moments. This would probably be 10 years after the destruction of the world, so to have a more diverse age base.

I am off to work, I hope that answered a few inquiries out there!
Yup, you heard it fellas! We are going at it again with the tails and the point ears, this time in a more familiar setting to most people in the RPG; the apocalypse. THIS one, though, will try to be unique ((I hope ;_;)) compared to some of the predecessors.

Where to start? Well.. As you know it's anthro optional, and my friend was awesome enough to help me out with a few things such as the explanation behind the anthromorphic animals. They are not mandatory! You can be human if you wish! But enough of that, lets take it to the next step of explanation.

We all know the big games like Fallout and Metro 2033, and I've been playing them again recently.. That's where I got the idea to make this RP, with a heavy metro 2033 influence. You do not need to know the game itself so do not worry! I am more than happy to explain some things along the way. KEEP in mind we will not follow the games word for word, and you, the rper, will have a say in what goes down!

So ladies and gentlemen! Its time to go back to Washington DC.. Don't forget your gas masks!

Here's the opening scene for metro 2033 for those who are interested in the game idea:

I've thought about not making the entire surface require a gas mask in order to be traveled on, though.. Just a lot of hot spots here and there that have great risks along with ((maybe)) great rewards. What do you guys think?
With the insecticon approaching the pair leaving the town Miller and his other tank commander continued coordinating with their crew to push on. It was rather a relief that they weren't the main target due to one of the tanks already being damaged, but when the CSM noticed the insecticon heading towards the other tanks his heart sank and he shouted "Stop!" The tank did comply and the main gun rotated to face the hostile that was now tearing off the main component of the war machines they drove. "Gunner! Target that hostile hitting on our guys! Fire when ready!" The barrel had to do a few movements, but the order was followed and the tank shot off a round, the discharge kicking up sand and dust around the tank as it did a rock to the side from the violent recoil the massive weapon had.

The two crews tried their best to nail the fast moving target and their reload time now slapped them in the face as the attacker kicked one tank onto it's side and worked on the head of the other. The commander who manned the gun of the tank that was to be kicked was quick enough to climb out and scramble off the tank, fortunately not being crushed when it toppled over. It did separate him from his rifle, though, and he was on his back in the open looking up at the insecticon dropping them like flies. He was desperate, and he began fumbling with his chest holster to grab his last weapon of choice; the handgun. While that was happening the crew of the tank being disassembled were trying their best to move the tank despite being trapped in a grip that was almost impossible to break. With the target at a stand still, the one manning the machine gun turned the heavy caliber weapon and trained it on the combatant before unloading as much as he could in hopes it could stop them from loosing another tank. With all that happening, there was still Miller's tank taking a shot at the one who bum rushed the advancing teams.
Okay I'll shoot a PM to Misu and post later tonight
