Shinobi took off his suit rather quickly and quickly shut the loft's door. The mission, although it was extremely public and probably taped at so many angles, was a success. The culprit wasn't Omega, but the Head of Police. What he had was the truth, but not the facts that people wanted. He had to manipulate people now, get them to do what he wanted so the people saw how corrupted the government was. He had to get the Police to do something that would make them hated much more than they were, to make the public angry and riots to occur. He wanted anarchy.

It would be hard, because the Head of Police probably knew how to manipulate people. They probably knew how to make ends meet, how to make things go her way. He wouldn't be surprised if they were ramming down his door this very second. No matter, it would only make the day more fun. His suits were interchangeable, but the Sicarius suit couldn't be used for a while. People recognised it.

Now, what crime would a person have to commit that would draw the Police's attention far enough to get a public event where I looked like the hero?

It would be a hard task. Thinking some time, he finally came up with a plan of action. Terrorists, the Guanyin, are all the news. They killed the mayor. Omega, he's also responsible. Both of them, incredibly high-value targets probably being hunted down by the Police as he thought. So why not kill Omega, or what at least people think is Omega? Why not show the public that he is a hero, and the Police are corrupt?

Shinobi would have to wait some time for the perfect conditions. Bright daylight, during rush hour, the perfect time to stage an event. Omega will die, and he will die by Shinobi's hands. Yes . . .

Before sleep, he had to do his homework. His biohelmet, which was always equipped to allow him to breathe and generally live, could allow him access into the Internet. He looked up the Chief of Police in New Tokyo, leading him to the conclusion that this lady was Lucius, a lady of a tender age with wit that could slice through butter.
The body was splattered along the floor, the crushed and burnt cement stained with blood. A disgusting sight to many, but an interesting one to Shinobi. Reaching down into the massive crater, he picked up the camera and stood it about where it looked to be at the time of the news hijacking. The body was gone, only guts and a head. The vest of explosives managed to destroy most of the terrorist, sadly. Placing the head of the terrorist in reference to the camera, a clear gunshot wound was recognisable from the gaping hole in their head. Blood had seeped down onto their face, but minimal damage had been done to the face. It seemed the legs, nowhere to be seen, took the brunt of the explosion. While the mayor was still securely tied to a plank of wood, Shinobi noticed something. The camera had also been hit by the bullet. It was interesting, and just as he wanted. Now if the man could get the camera and the terrorist's body into the right position, he could pin point the position of the sniper. With the bullet coming from behind the head, he lined both of them up perfectly. The invisible line appeared on his HUD, signalling that the shooter was in a skyscraper not too far away from here, on the top floor.
Checking the time, it had possibly been 10 full minutes after shooting. That was the Police Department building. Checking his files, he checked through every piece of data in seconds looking at what was in the final floor of the New Tokyo Police HQ. Shinobi was rather surprised. Scavenging the area looking for a bullet, he found a KH 217 rifle slug inside the camera, which must have come from a rifle that was illegal in 15 countries. Searching through a list of possible gun dealers, there was only one who sold any kind of KH 217 rifles.

The files continued streaming in from the internet, and this gun dealer wasn't a mere black market tradesman, but a fire-arm representative from Italy. He had been hired by the New Tokyo government to manage Police weaponry.

"Hmm. Interesting."

Shinobi mumbled as he searched through the Internet. Much more information had popped up, but it looked like there was little to none information he could go on. Except if he could hack into the Police Department's computers, and find any digital recording of gun swaps. Which is exactly what he did. Of course, his decryption codes were not amazing, so he would have to instead get into the computer hardware itself to be able to track the culprit. Many armed and experienced police officers were inside the department at the time, though. How would he be able to get their attention? Shinobi smiled as he figured out how he could do so.

The camera was still mostly functional, or at least the wreckage could be hacked. Looking for the right input code, he managed to link his own retinal scanners with the recording device of the camera. A radiowave would be picked up by the local TV array, but it wouldn't override it. However, by simply transmitting the data, multiple red alarms went off in the TV station as executives went crazy over why there was such a strange feed coming it.

"Incoming, incoming. This is Guanyin, and I applaud you for your efforts in trying to save the Mayor. We are sadly not going to cease in our efforts on destroying this wretched city and its people. Thank you."

It was a terribly-thought up story, with little-to-no evidence to back it up. But like anything in this world, it was taken too seriously and policemen started pouring out into the streets, looking for where the transmission came from. Before it could be traced, Shinobi leaped onto the Police Department roof quickly, while everyone was focusing on the Mahogany tower. Searching the floor, it seemed to have three footprints which entered downstairs. However, it was hard to determine what exact print they were, and there were multiple ones, too.

There was a blip on the radar. The suit had picked up traces of Nicotine in the area, the mechanic was implemented by the manufacturers to make sure the pilot hadn't smoked recently, in case they suffocated. The shooter, or one of their accomplices smoked. Recently. Smashing through the door, no alarms went off as the entire area was in lockdown. It was fortunate though, to be able to slip in so quietly. His super light suit made his footsteps quiet, and since everyone was either sitting in their rooms sorting through files or being sent with weapons to deal with this "terrorist," Shinobi had hit the goldmine. But he would have little to no time to look at the files of all the police. Looking through files, it seemed multiple people in the station smoked.

Deploying multiple drones to covertly search the area, they spun and sputtered as their small rotors took the little robots all around the vacated area of the Police Department. Shinobi just managed to hack into the Police Department files, but the CCTV had been wiped. Looking at registry deals, there were two possible culprits who had used the KH 217 rifle. A man named Wy Jones, and the Head of the Police. Both of them smoked.

Shinobi laughed.

Wy Jones had a history of drug deals, violent assault and other information that pointed any kind of assassination straight towards him. He has had 12 different children with 10 different women, and has on multiple occasions gambled, destroyed public property and abused women. Then it clicked. HE was the most likely person to assassinate the terrorist and kill the Mayor. Shinobi murmured,

"But why . . . ?"

He took a second to realise that all of his drones had gone offline. They must have been destroyed by police as they came to their senses.

"Because Wy Jones doesn't exist."

At that moment he took out the chip, inserted back into his suit, and set his drones to self-destruct mode. As they exploded, he jumped out of the window of the building activating his grappling hook and swinging from the crane back onto another skyscraper. It seemed he had a new person to kill, a corrupted Police Commander. Oh, how he had hoped it would be somebody as big as them. Now the man could truly start an uprising, as the people will not trust any government official ever again. How they had fought they had outwitted everyone, leaving little to no trace, with policemen quickly examining the crater five minutes after Shinobi was there. Clearing the evidence. They even came up with Wy Jones to keep any suspicious person at bay.

Now the Head of Police had to pay.
Just ignore Shinobi, guys. It's not like he just free-ran across half of New Tokyo's skyline.
The suit shone beautifully, like a gem out of an ordinary mine. Something that no one should think exists, not in this ragged place. Shinobi grabbed a long, black jumpsuit out of a nearby chest of drawers, putting it on and zipping the back. It was a tight fit, but it had to be for the "biosuit" to work properly. It was the reason he was the way he was, this majestic piece of machinery. If the people of New Tokyo, or even the world, knew about their potential then the man would be in chains in a day. It wasn't too hard to keep these hidden; reverse psychology. Why would a weapon-ised, disabled and radiated man live in such a dirty, filthy and built-up area?
The suit fit perfectly, just like it usually does. It was hand-tailored to him and only him, made to adjust to his many disabilities and prosthetic limbs. His spine snapped, using an ingenious technique to bypass it and still be able to use his legs. This suit, Sicarius, was made to be the fastest and nimblest exoskeleton in the world. The gang that commanded his every move and engineered these awesome suits were a mystery to him, but before they were seperated, he was told of his goal. Begin a revolution. Restore the peoples' power. Show the world that the media is taunting us, the government dictating us, and how they are wrong. That was his mission. And why would he disobey the people who not only saved his life, but improved it?

After 5 minutes of clipping and reinforcing every individual plate and piece onto his body, Shinobi felt strong and powerful again. The power he had lost in the horrible nuclear accident felt like it was back. He felt like he could jump across the skyscrapers. And as he opened the rooftop door, Shinobi saw his goal; the Mahogany Tower. A strange little accident-of-a-skyscraper, engineered by the Germans to serve as a civil place of politics and diplomacy. But this was Japan, and after that war, no such thing was going to return. Unless Karagin got his way. It was easily half a mile away, but it wasn't far. No, not in the Sicarius suit. Tensing his muscles, Shinobi dashed from the door on the rooftop to the edge. The pistons and mechanics inside him and the suit working in overdrive, he was about to pull almost an inhuman feet. The energy was transmitted, and leaping, he soared across the sky. The skyscraper beneath his feet was gone, and instead replaced by another about 30 metres away. He rolled before picking up even more speed, reaching 20mph, scaling across another skyscraper at incredible speeds.
Inside his helmet, Shinobi's eyes flickered over a dizzy HUD.

"25mph, keep it tight, man. Keep it tight."

Jumping again, this time the skyscraper he aimed for was higher than he could reach. Instead he did something that most people would think was a bit dangerous; smashing through a glass window into a populated office. No matter, though the man. Who would stand in the way of a 6''8 "robot" approaching 40 mph? He was right. Everybody just screamed and stared in awe as he sprinted from one side of the office block to the other, destroyed the glass window and landing on a less elevated skyscraper. After scaling a few more towering buildings, the building came into proper view. Construction workers and the lot were evacuating, afraid the building would soon collapse after the explosion. It seemed Shinobi was going to take the chance. However, the Mahogany building was far taller than any other surrounding skyscraper, to show its power and dominance over the lesser people. It seemed that plan failed, though. Now it was crumbling.

A crane was situated just perfectly where they were unloading new bricks and glass panels to a new floor. It was almost too convenient.Although Shinobi could jump high, he couldn't jump 200 metres in the air. Instead when he leaped, a grappling hook extended from his arm, reaching the tip of the crane just as he leaped. The silvery metal-clad man swung around the side of the building, gaining height fast. Not letting go of his grappling hook, he darted across the vertical wall with his spiky soles, going completely behind the building and the crane. With the grappling hook pushed to its limits, he leaped off the wall of the building, still holding onto the hook. Feeling the wind rush past his neck was exhilarating, like he was flying. Incredible. The rope stretched as he arced with the rope, causing the downwards energy he was falling at to channel right back into upwards momentum, sending him rocketing to the top floor.

Like a feather, his feet touched the solid ground (for now) of the Mahogany Tower. And there laid the crater, with two mutilated bodies and a camera waiting to be examined.
It seems our characters all have specific weakness that another "hero" can use to their advantage.
Heavy, slow breathing. The mechanical cogs and conduits span and sputtered as inside the dark, warm helmet the man's eyes tried to analyse the events. While terrorist attacks were new to Tokyo, there seemed to be much more to this tale than some petty Muslim extremist.

"Hmph. Omega. Whoever named themselves that really needs to find a bit less a cliche name."

The man sighed, standing up with his prosthetic and synthetic body. Taking a few trudges to the corner of his small room, he grabbed a pole with a cloaked arm and gloved hand, using it to yank down a ceiling panel. The figure took a few more steps up this staircase to what should be an empty loft, used for storage for unwanted things. But nothing in this small apartment block was what it looked like. Inside this loft were 4 dusty canisters, attached to the wall and large enough to contain a human being. A light flickered up on the left panel of the wall, waiting for something.

"Sicarius, activate."

Smiling, the figure took off his cloak, revealing a mutilated body. His left leg all mechanical, and his right leg fleshy up to the knee. His torso peppered with mechanical ribs and leathery shoulder pads, connecting his body to his both prosthetic arms. The pistons in his limbs were powerful, as he stood in a posture better than some healthy peoples'. However, his head was completely covered in metal and plastic. A WW2 gas mask gave him a menacing stare, as his eye sockets were tinted over. The breathing came from the respirator attached to his neck, pumping out terrible gas and taking in everything he needed. The cylinder he was staring at slowly opened sideways, revealing a high-tec suit of armour.

"We'll just have to see whether his name lives up to the man."
I am from the great land of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, so would mine be 0000?

You can create suits for Shinobi, Gravislayer. i just have a few first.
Biosuit Sicarius

Created with super light-weight alloys, the suit allows him to run faster, jump higher and be able to hunt down vehicles or chasing enemies.

Biosuit Militius

Enhanced with heavy-duty padding and a holographic camouflage chip which can survey the surrounding and create a copy of that on the armour.

Biosuit Segmentum

An aesthetically focused bio suit manufactured by the Shinobi's reigning gang to serve as a symbol of civil power, and how the ordinary people control the world, not the politicians.

Biosuit Luna

A slim piece of weaponry equipped in stealth missions with precise HUD for Shinobia, chemical pheromone or sound generators and digital hacking manipulation at this disposal and the ability to command multi-tasking drones on his back to follow him and observe.

Biosuit Ornatus

A state-of-the-art incredibly heavily plated cyber-enhanced suit to provide maximum strength and durability, allowing him to carry a double minigun and shoulder-mounted flamethrowers. Speed is drastically slower and so are reflexes.

Biosuit Mirum

An armour that shouldn't exist. That doesn't exist. Yet Shinobi has been told about, and has seen glimpses of it in his life. Probably destroyed when his gang base was raided, the fate of this experimental piece of armour is unknown, but Shin feels compelled to know what it was, or what it is.
