Ginger allowed himself to be led out of the house by Jack, relaxing to see that Jack wasn't going to have a break down. Ginger looked at the others, and realized he didn't really know any of them. "Um... What is all of you guys names?" He asked, if they were going to be together they might has well be friendly to each other. Ginger wasn't a sociable person, but he wanted to at least to get past basic names.
Konsa yelped in surprise, knocking over some merchandise. His cheeks red, nearly shaking from the shock. "K-Kyle?! Wha..." His voice trailed off, face contorting. "Please, don't tell anyone." He begged, slumping in embarrassment.
Konsa straightened himself up, walking in quietly. This place sold sweets and other knick-knacks. Nothing that special about it. He felt his way to the counter, opening the cash register. Konsa acknowledged that this was definitely not a good thing to do, it was unethical and just plain wrong. He wasn't sure why he was reverting to this sort of behavior, it sort of came naturally to him. Konsa took the cash, holding it up to examine it before stuffing it into his pockets.
Konsa walked briskly, arms wrapped around himself. He did not make much noise, careful to not grab any unwanted attention. He turned onto the sidewalk, approaching the buildings. Konsa wasn't sure exactly what he wanted to do, but he was grasping for something familiar or exciting. Konsa stopped at a shop, peering into the window. It was closed and there was no movement inside. His movements were practiced, someone who had done this sort of thing often. Konsa rounded his way to the back entrance, producing a lockpick from his hoodie's pockets. A grin spread across his face, getting down on one knee to pick the lock. It was fairly easily, and it did not take him long. Konsa stood back up, creaking the metal door open slowly.
[You can have someone follow him if you want, but if not that's totally okay]

Ginger flinched, frightened by the brutality Jack had done. He was afraid he would see a smile on Jack's face, but it was obvious he was really hurting from this. Ginger let out a sigh of relief, grimacing at the dead man who Ginger assumed to be Jack's father. Ginger shifted uneasily, still standing by the doorway. There wasn't much for Ginger to do, he could not connect with Jack for he never really had a family nor had he lost any like that. Ginger was uncomfortable with all of this, but he forced himself to approach Jack. He took a seat next to him, trying to offer comfort. "Jack, let's just go and find the others."

Ginger grimaced, feeling that horrible sick feeling in his stomach again. He walked around the dog, glancing over at Jack before going into the kitchen. He grabbed nonperishable food, stuffing it into his pockets. Ginger turned around, and went to join Jack by the stairs. He silent, shifting uneasily from foot to foot as he stood beside Jack. Ginger sighed heavily, reaching out and giving Jack's hand a squeeze of comfort. "I'm sorry..." He said quietly, "Do you wanna continue to search the house or just leave?"
Konsa had grown more restless by the moment, tossing and turning in an attempt to get comfortable. After a moment he gave up, sitting up and looking out at the darkened courtyard. Konsa rustled through his luggage, pulling out a tattered hoodie. He pulled it on as he approached his dorm door. Slipping on his sneakers, grabbing the keys, and walking out. Konsa slipped out into the clear night air, walking through the courtyard and towards the exit of the school grounds. He headed towards the nearby city, going someplace that was familiar to him.
"Another human?" Ashton said questioningly, narrowing his eyes at the core. After a moment he brushed it off, he figured it wasn't his problem. Ashton followed Jack into the storage room, grabbing the nearest portal gun. "Does anyone know where the main breaker room is?" He said, running his hand across the smooth surface of the portal gun. He glanced up at Jack, frowning disapprovingly at him. Ashton turned his back to him, looking back into the vault for the others.

Ginger frowned, taking a glance around the house. Trying to imagine what Jack would look like in a normal situation. He couldn't see it clearly, seeing him in a normal setting felt strange. He followed him to the corner tense, a smile tugged at his lips at Jack's last comment. It did make him chuckle, but he was more focused on the rummaging. Ginger gripped his machete tightly, craning his neck to see better in the kitchen.
