Velorio's Downfall-Looking for Players!

Super interested in this, here's my character sheet. I wouldn't mind an update on current events so I know where to come in.

Backstory: Garron's story starts on the outskirts of Velorio where he was raised by a working class family. It wasn't long before disease took both of his parents' lives and he decided to enlist in the Enforcers' army to fight against the rebels. He was naturally attuned to both the blade, and, as he discovered, to the arcane arts. The dark arts fascinated him most, as he would discover later it was his influence that caused the virus to develop in his parents' bodies which caused their deaths. The cause behind his strange affinity with darkness was and still is unknown to him, which was also probably the reason he felt little emotion towards his parents' deaths and no remorse when he discovered the truth.

Displaying a strong student mentality and work ethic, along with leadership skills that always come with being the first and only child in a family, while fighting for the Enforcers, he quickly rose up the ranks to Commander. Now he is building up his army in hopes of launching a counter-attack against the rebels and ending the war once and for all.

Weapons: Garron's main weapon is a tempered darksteel blade with a golden hilt and a ruby set in both the crossguard and pommel. It is nearly indestructible and always has a faint aura of foreboding about it, probably due to being in Garron's vicinity all the time.

He is also well-versed in the dark arts and wields the magic with his free hand. In his free time he continuously studies to better his understanding.

Personality: Garron is simply put, cold, indifferent, remorseless. He can appear enthusiastic, get excited about things but otherwise he doesn't display any sort of emotion. Surprisingly enough, he is easy to get along with, and somehow makes friends with little trouble. Possessing this kind of persona automatically projects a commanding air.

Other Info: The metallic 'eyepatch' over his left eye is to cover up an eye injury that occurred when a rebel tried to assassinate him.

Name: Rowen Pearce

Age: 25

Gender: Male

Appearance: Stands at 6' 1", tall with a sleek build and toned muscles. Naturally tanned skin, dark brown eyes and jet-black hair always combed over. Face is kept clean-shaven while sporting a light covering of body hair, and a scar across his right pectoral. Usual attire is a midnight blue suit and pants with a white shirt and black tie, and black penny loafers.

Items: A 9mm Beretta handgun concealed under his belt along with a .45 caliber pistol, with spare magazines kept in a suit pocket. A mobile phone used to conduct the majority of his business, equipped with advanced GPS tracking capabilities and radar. He wears a thin kevlar vest under his shirt for limited protection without slowing him down or being too obvious.

Abilities: Rowen lacks any special powers, although his skill with firearms is unmatched. His ability to use and accuracy with weapons ranging from handguns to rifles and heavy machine guns, along with his expertise in using explosives is so great that some would consider that alone to be a power of his. He has extensive experience in the running of a business that deals in mass production of technologically current and advanced weaponry, and as such his skill with money and knowledge of weapons is unparalleled. His skill in stealth, keeping off the radar and out of sight is also notable.

Background: Growing up in a small village, Rowen always had a fascination, almost to the point of obsession with the many firearms his father kept in an armoury behind their mansion. His father was a proud figure and CEO of Pearce&Co Industries, who closely supervised Rowen on the proper handling of guns throughout his teenage years, all the while teaching him the tricks of the trade, or walking him through every detail of running a big, successful business. Rowen's mother, however, was of a different mindset. She disapproved of her husband's antics from the day they were married, and passing on his skills and knowledge to their child was the last straw. She got a divorce out of Rowen's father, and then immediately left, never to be seen again. Rowen's father continued to teach him what he could up until his death from old age, while Rowen grew into a handsome young man who got a job in the local constabulary. His knack for leadership and talent for conducting missions requiring stealth, a steady hand, and initiative quickly moved him up the ranks, and gave him the skills he would later require.

Rowen eventually quit the job and moved to a larger village further inland, closer to the location of Pearce&Co Industries HQ. The business flourished after Rowen took over from his deceased father, and while the HQ is based on a massive plot of land not far from the village, he owns multiple factories across the land, located in towns, villages, etc. where trade and export rates are high. His own residence is located near the centre of the village, heavily fortified with CCTV and highly trained guards on watch round the clock.

Other: His mobile phone is possibly his most valuable possession. With it he can call in ammo and weapon drops, equipment drops, and in a pinch mercenaries, the army, or even an airstrike, albeit occasionally.
