Name: Georges Batroc
Codename: The Leaper
Age: 47
Gender: Male

Powers/Skills/Experance/Equipment:

Georges Batroc follows an intensive training regimen magnifying the natural power of his body. He’s extremely fast and agile, performs world-class acrobatics, and possesses remarkable strength. His level of strength is, in fact, suspect - it is entirely possible he has some sort of low-level, low-profile mutation, especially when it comes to the strength in his legs. Batroc is capable of leaping about ten feet in the air unaided and has repeatedly demonstrated an ability to kick into a brick wall a hole large enough for a man to crawl through, or to wreck a well-made handgun by stamping on it. Many of the leaps he’s made - particularly standing jumps - do not seem humanly possible, because he is aided by a special pair of boots, developed by SHIELD.

Batroc briefly experimented with melee weapons, but prefers to remain an unarmed fighter. The first was a whip-cane - a flexible fighting stick about a yard and a half long. Presumably it was meant as an equaliser against opponents with weapons… or shields. Batroc is fond of mentioning that a whip-cane can kill a man in three blows. He also uses neural shock boots, which were a sort of stun gun built into his boots.

Batroc has an endurance proportionate to his strength - he can be hit repeatedly by Captain America or even Mister Hyde and keep on fighting. His costume has enough Kevlar to stop most smallarms fire, though the impact will still hurt - and recent versions include goggles.
Batroc once demonstrated the ability to kick small objects with enormous force and significant accuracy, turning them into lethal projectiles. Since he seldom does this, it is probable that only small, round or spherical objects can reliably be used that way - in the documented example, he kicked back a large coin flipped in his direction so it embedded itself in Deadpool’s hand.

Kickboxer

Batroc is possibly the best tireur (savate fighter) in the world, and has demonstrated an ability to fight in combat singulier (one-on-one) such legendary hand-to-hand fighters as Captain America or Iron Fist. Though his initial training is in savate (French kickboxing) and military hand-to-hand techniques, he fights with a unique style leveraging his strengths. Batroc’s form is highly acrobatic and emphases all sorts of flashy kicks — jump kicks, spin kicks, flying kicks (he loves those), etc.

Back when kickboxing was relatively unknown, Batroc would often dramatically announce that he practised “savate - ze art of fighting wiz zee feet !”, given his tendency to favour memorable statements over accurate ones. But he’s actually an expert in martial arts techniques and can quickly recognise styles used against him. This can give him interesting insight, such as when he realised that Captain America (James Barnes) was employing systema moves. Among many other, Batroc is a master of krav maga - which is his preferred style when teaching hand-to-hand combat.

Furthermore, Batroc is a skilled and experienced soldier, commando, adventurer, seducer, gambler and the like. He’s an observant man and has a keen eye about human relationship - which allows him to be manipulative if he needs to. In 2011 he developed an interest in parkour urban acrobatics after meeting two traceurs (parkour practitioners) and realising that their philosophy about life wasn’t unlike his own. Batroc quickly learned the techniques, and has been using parkour as his basis to teach acrobatics.
Batroc is also wealthy thanks to high-priced mercenary jobs, and often has windfalls beyond his usual Wealth, allowing to enjoy enormous Manhattan or Monte Carlo penthouses, luxurious barges towed by a private tug, contracts to assemble a Batroc’s Brigade, gambling sprees, etc… until he ends up in prison and the cops seize some of his asset

Personality: Crazy, and loves to talk in the Thrid person.

History:
Georges Batroc was born in Marseille, France, and served in the French Foreign Legion. He is a French costumed mercenary who specializes in savate, a form of kickboxing. Although he has primarily appeared in the pages of Captain America, he has also faced off against the Punisher, Spider-Man, Deadpool, Hawkeye, Iron Fist, and Gambit.

He has functioned as a member of Baron Zemo's Masters of Evil (one of the stronger recurring villain teams that plague the heroes of Avengers). Batroc was also a member of the ersatz "Defenders", a group of villains who were impersonating the actual Defenders.

Batroc has occasionally led his own team, "Batroc's Brigade", whose membership has changed over time. The group has included the original Swordsman, Whirlwind, Zaran the Weapons Master, Machete, and various unnamed henchmen. The group has primarily fought Captain America.

Most recently, the Leaper showed up as member of a small army of villains organized by Klaw to invade Wakanda, which included Rhino, Radioactive Man, the Cannibal, and the villainous Black Knight. However, he was still ultimately defeated by Black Panther’s royal bodyguards.

Batroc was next seen as an inmate of the extremely high-security prison The Cage. The prison sports a field that mentally suppresses inmates' abilities to use their superpowers. Wolverine states that "It doesn't matter how big you were on the outside. In here, combat experience is everything. Thugs like Wrecker and Thunderball might throw their weight around, but they'd never even dream of touching the big shots. Guys like Batroc and Kangaroo. Yeah, I know."

Batroc was shown to be among the group of villains forcibly drafted into Baron Zemo's Thunderbolts team, and was then also forcibly drafted into Nick Fury's Thunderbolts with a lot of blackmail.

Lots.

other: 'Thunderbolt'
Hope I'm no too late
Kinda rushing a bit the intro, 'cause it's well, the intro.
Anyway, givin' we are in casual I was kinda expecting a bit more of writing than one liners.

Me too. And it's frustrating to get those kind of responses on two paragraphs, especially with a lot of interaction/reaction going on. :(

Sorry. I just got a lot of Shit going on in my life... Normally I write more.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
@ChadsWorth The ThirdAre you kidding me? I really feel frustrated by now. Is it too much to ask to just interact? :(

What do you mean?
Main event? Puzzled she followed his gesture. Ah, yes. She remembered. It was something she couldn't afford. Everyone had been talking about it and some of her colleagues were there. But for Choro who was behind on her rent the entree was far too expensive. She smiled sadly. "Lucky you. I . . . I'm sorry, I can't join you." Tilting her head to one side she regarded him.

The Bard hadn't answered her question. It was rather rude of him. Following an inner voice she put her arm around his neck, pulling him with her towards the event. "But I shall bring you there. Can't afford to lose a great musician now, can we?" She winked at him with a grin. "I didn't quite catch your answered there. So we'll be repeating this sometime?" Choro surely hoped so since that sand creature had really impressed her. Her face came very close to his. "Or didn't you enjoy our small duet?" She spoke with a low voice and a strange glint in her eye. He'd better not say no!

"Oh." The Bard said. He had not heard the question. His mind was racing with new song illusions to do with this girl. "Yes, I would like to this again some time."

As the two of them got to the main event (a bit late) he only heard one thing from the man on stage

"I present to all of you, the melody of legend. The Scarlet Nocturne!”
Man on Stage

"The Nocturne?" he said aloud "But... That's merely a Legend. Although, Some Legends are true..."
