The year is 2039 people in USA have made miniature humans (2 inches tall for a soldier) to control with a simple headset and their thoughts. This was released to the public as an entertainment item and grew SO much in popularity that it became the new American pastime. It was named the new all-American sport and now every school has a team of "Generals" and a leader who compete against others! You can be the leader of a "nation" AKA school team (must have at least 2 Generals which can be NPCs or other people.) or be the General. All schools start with a budget of $1,500 for their team. The more they win the more the budget is. But, you can only fight people within a $100 budget range of you. Every win increases Budget by $200. Tie by $100 and a loss is a decrease by $100. Your budget can only go as low as $700. The tech for all of these items is WW2 technology. When you are not in battle your civilization (Which is one "large" city that the enemy will be attacking) develops history. Like mass killings, natural disasters, revolutions, etc. etc.
