I second this motion.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say sure, but I'd have to actually try to do it before committing to anything.

Obviously.
Yeah. I used to be super into OCRemix sort of stuff, and doujin fan music, as well as Dream Theater, and some other rock bands.

I've been on quite a trip since then, where I listened to anything I could find on the internet.

Now, while I could still totally get down to Hellion Sounds, or Dance of Eternity, I've gotten super into anything thats idm-ish or whatever.
Audacity is absolutely free, and no one has any excuse not to have it.

And sure, I like the idea, but I have the voice of a suicidal crazy person.

Which I guess might be something some people are into.
Wait, nat showed us his real voice?
You sound like an evil mickey mouse.

So, just like mickey mouse.

but c = πd, so it's still an irrational fraction.

...rational fraction. you cant do it as a rational fraction.

not sure why I didn't feel i had to specify.

Find a circle that you know the circumference and diameter of. Find their ratio. Tah-dah, you've calculated pi.

Thats awful. That requires you to get string, a ruler, and a compass to measure a circle, and your result will only be as accurate as your ruler at the end, because you run into the same problem again.

Slightly better is to use the infinite sum [4/1 - 4/3 + 4/5 - 4/7 + 4/9 +... 4/2n-1] whose value converges on pi as n approaches infinity.

Or any other method you could find with google.

Yeah, I just realized it was 22/7.

By the way, you can't represent pi as a rational number, so division is not going to be enough to punch out pi.

You may want to look into other methods.
