@Willy Vereb

at last part was the thing I was sortof lost on. I wanted to get my nation Idea accepted before working those details before working those details out. Reason being, I could choose ten million different nation types and it not really matter who the patron is, so long as the nation gets accepted.

If that makes any sense.
@Combo move

I apologize because I'm probably not going to write as much as you did but as Midhar proposed Previously, I think you should scale back tech, despite you being a migrant nation with the fre flow of ideas because most of the world probably sees you as land ripe for the picking and if you get just too advanced, they'll descend on you like a flock of harpies. Maybe have sub par tech, rely on one or two things and be close friend with the other socialist nation.

Other than the tilt rotors, everything is pretty sub par honestly. Standard fixed wings. typical rifles, sub par tank (if you read the description) and a lack of super weapons like airships or mecha. And, having a crap surface navy as well.

The airship killer doesn't use guided missiles but merely fast rockets. Giving them a chance to hit the slow moving beasts. If that was anything of mention.
And the tilt rotors aren't going to be an issue honestly. The lack of needing a runway is a minor issue in an rp.

As much as I hate to criticize another socialist nation, some of this technology seems too advanced. Your population is rather high, but that's appropriate as long as you're a relatively undeveloped nation. First of all, tilt-rotor aircraft were invented in the 70s or 80s if I recall, and if you have aircraft you should probably only have comparatively few of them, and your tanks appear very modern even if you don't have any death walkers or things like that.

I understand your comment and I'll use a more scaled back tank design. I really wasn't putting too much stock into the pictures other than just giving a basic idea as to what it looks like. I tend to favor story over stats.

Population demographics,

Yeah, I was going on a rough medium regarding all the present nations, except the fay because..

Anyway. I'll scale it to around 110mil

My reasoning for having a high population is due to my land size and the fact that IRL colonial non-European nations like india already had the United states and Russia beat in population in 1950.

Secondly, I am not trying for an america but in 1940 but as an example, it was one of the worlds strongest nations and had only been a colony for around 500 years (well, probably not quite but I'm going by the "in 1492 columbus sailed the ocean blue"). nothing in comparison to the long standing European nations. Is it safe to assume that it didn't take the west until having aircraft to develop colonies?

My point is, Is there a reason that a nation could not develop along the way the United states did? being a migrant nation would allow for many ideas to come with them, allowing a modern nation in a decent amount of time. Not as rich in tradition as the existing nations but still modern nonetheless. (with some notable differences of course)

In regards to tilt rotors,

Edit: Hope nothing sounds disrespectful as I mean no disrespect by any of my comments!
Fingers crossed..

Characters and relations will be added here.

Private POV; a new character that was born sometime and somewhere. Will likely resemble Rambo because... Rambo.
Rounding out this ns has been a blast. The military section has been fun to balance.
I just like the process of extracting ember.
@Wernher

I've never been a fan of "only I have it" objects but that's not my call.

That said, the dft-77 is a cruel and barbaric method of producing a very high end-limited resource. I love it :)
My ns is coming along smoothly but in all honesty its starting to feel a little rushed. I was never one to make bloated ns's. No offense to anyone, I enjoy reading exceptionally detailed NS's just not writing them :)

Anyway, important stuff will be there in fine detail!

I hope to publish it in the ooc within a day or so.
@Willy Vereb

I figred as much, but I was trying to gauge how far into 1940's we were delving. Don't get me wrong, and you'll see from my ns once i'm done with it, I'm not going to be a tech giant type so don't worry about me stealing any thunder.

I was merely curious :)
@Cyclone If this is set in a 1940's setup, would an existing nation that arose from a colony long ago be feasible? I wanted to have a established history rather than be a modern colony. If that makes sense.
