Gender Of Your RP Partner(s)?

I'm male and prefer to roleplay with other males, so what's the big deal? It's no different than wanting a partner who posts five paragraphs instead of one, or wanting a partner that posts seven days a week instead of one. It is a preference and another case of "to each their own".

To be more specific, I can often notice a difference in a male playing a male and a female playing a male. Also I've had bad experiences in the past with what I call "annoying yaoi fangirls" and that's not something that should be held against me. It's not a deal breaker for me, but I give preference to males in the end. I really don't see why it's such a big deal.

Government: Friend or Foe?

Cheap ending for them perhaps, but out of respect I wanted to erase them with a post. I think I might close this roleplay, as sad as that is, for now unless there is interest by active community members. Long live the city.

Government: Friend or Foe?

The government had set up false communication between the two major faction leaders and set up a meeting between the two under the guise of making a collaborated plan to eliminate the government forces and hopefully the Mayor. Unfortunately they had no way of knowing it was a trap. On a cold Friday night, the two resistance leaders and some of their men met at an empty parking garage in downtown, near the south border. Over at the ASF headquarters, the Mayor and ASF Commander watched the meeting from various cameras.

"Look at them all, thinking they'll actually unite and destroy everything we've worked so hard for." the Mayor stated, before glancing to the head honcho of the ASF, "From what I can tell the two leaders are there, so do it, now." he commanded.

"Yes sir, mister Mayor," the ASF Commander said as he pressed a few buttons on a control panel. "Here come the fireworks." With that, the place began to crumble. Earlier, ASF forces rigged the place with lots of C4 and now they were all going off. Concrete began flying all over as the explosives went off, the floors of the parking ramp began falling down on one another until the whole thing collapsed. As the dust settled, the area was secured and they started to remove the bodies, including that of the two major resistance leaders. It was a large blow to the resistance factions, and a boost in morale for those on the other side. Who knows what would happen next.
