Stance on War: Opposed. Victoria doesn't agree with how she's being conscripted to fight, kill, and probably die for a war she didn't start between leaders she's never met for reasons unclear. The one thing keeping her from deserting altogether is the threat of death for "traitors" and how she wouldn't want anyone else from her hometown dead because she wasn't there to help them.

Little late to the party, aren't I?

Give me to the end of the day to read through everyone's CS (for background hooks and trends, I like to play complementary characters) and get my own CS up. However, if you wouldn't mind please don't count me as a sure thing until I see the speed of the RP. I've just got a demanding job and won't be able to keep up if the posting requirement is more than once a day or so, I don't want to slow the group down.

Couple questions to flesh things out and get the brain juices flowing, though: What's the tone of this RP, as in will it be more happy-go-lucky or grittier? I'm assuming gritty from your premise, but Awakening had its light-hearted moments that mostly outshone the gloom of the story at large (like when Sumia decked Chrom in the face or most of the support conversations). Also, how descriptive will it be and what's its style? I was involved in a more medieval-realism one with Fire Emblem elements like the Laguz and magic, but I've seen some more fantastical ones as well.
